With a layover in Istanbul more than 24 hrs a complimentary hotel booking was made on the Turkish Airlines stay-over program. Flight arrival at Istanbul was 17h05. The hotel required Euro 50 as an "early check-in fee" for checking in prior to 22h05. How can FIVE hours after the flight landed be considered an early check-in. The fee was exorbitant - I refused to pay it. Response from the Turkish Airways "Help" desk has been woefully inadequate - generic cut & paste ignoring the 2 concerns.
A booking was made for accommodation at a South African facility via booking.com web site with the price being quoted in ZAR. My South African credit card was then debited from offs**** which now incurs forex fees that are also charged to my account. The web site is totally silent on this matter. Dealing with their Customer Service Centre has been a waste of time with generic replies that do not address the matter.

Get marketing e-mails with an unsubscribe link which doesn't work. Their web site is also down. Very dubious organisation to be avoided at all costs!
Excellent service from the team at Village Gardens with a house landscaping job. The work was completed on time through difficult external circumstances (rain and taxi violence) and quality has been great. Commitment to service delivery exceptional
Supervision of works was virtually non-existent. Job quoted as 5 days took 7 days to complete. Quality of finished work is poor and very disappointing. Commitment from owner / manager to rectify has not been honoured and he has merely walked away from the job.
Since 7 December last year I have been unable to make calls or send SMS's from my cell phone.. There have been multiple attempts to resolve with MTN, including comms with MTN Complaints Dept. Absolutely no response to any communications whatsoever.
Proactive follow-up on monthly chronic medication deliveries, as well as proactive feedback on script that needs renewal, has been greatly appreciated.
