Customer Service Failure
I bought my vehicle at this dealership 17 years ago and have serviced it regularly every year since 2007. However, after the disgusting manner in which I was treated after spending over R20k on a service, I will never return.

Charges of theft against CEO of Rain.
I cancelled my subscription with this company in September after only 7 days. They emailed to confirm that the two routers I ordered will be collected...this was not done. Suddenly, deductions were made from my account in December 2022. Is there anyone that may wish to join me in laying charges of theft against the CEO of this company?

For years this company has been harassing me with unwanted SMSs'. I am very keen to proceed with some sort of legal action against this company should they continue to harass me with their non-stop spamming. I am using this platform to communicate as attempts to contact them to stop this harassment has failed.
