I ordered online on the 27th of March online order was canceled because there could not find a driver..then received a message that my money will be paid back in 72hours today it is the 5th of April and they have not paid back my money..ordere number 111320
Numb and hurt..its sad I hve to come back here again after receiving calls promising to resolve my issue to actually do none but make it worse by listing me as having arrears.....first they acknowledged that I hve been paying for service they did npt provide and checked coordinates for coverage and confirmed there was none.....promised to close the account and collect the router....I kept following up to be told that they no longer can collect the rputer as contract was canceled....but were very happy to list me....and charge me a good R1080 for the router....now they telling me that my account is in an active status....meaning they will continue to charge me for something they are not providing me with.....what a dishonest way of making money......I am tired of these people ....can you please close the account and leave me alone this is the reference 153808811.....they claim calls are recorded but they dnt go back to their recodings to make correct judgment....shows how dishonest they are
After years of paying a Hollard Insurance taken up at a PEP store...my mother of 76 Found out her policy has lapsed due to non payment.....Not to mention the month onnmonth struggle of paying the policy from the verious PEP store with rude and unprofessional PEP cashiers who would give her a hustle but she has kept going back to pay..sometimes goes to a store twice bcs the last time they gave her so story that they can not help process payment.....this time when she went for the second time to make a payment she was told policy is no longer active. we called Hollard tbfs and they asked for proof of payment.....the till slips that are faded ... Need I tell u for aslong as my mother has had the policy...there was never any form of communication...not even a text to inform of the premium change which has changed at least 3times ....now today we want to know how we can get a husstle free method of payment to find out pokicy lapse 3days ago...already last week we could not pay bcs PEP was acting up. Having this policy was like torture each and every month my mother....and now all we need to know is how can she get all premium back
May you please give me the Ombudsman escalation process...I am so tired of this disrespect.empty promises and lies....I am still waiting for the router to be collecres and contract to be canceled since 28 May worse you can never get hold of these guys on call
Good day I am out of words.these people do not take people and the service they give to people serious....I hve been waiting for the router to be collected and the contact to be terminated.....Please come get ypur router or just cancel my co tract so I can go to another service provider
After what seemed to be a very bad experience.....I had the most Amezing experience.....called by Karabo ....who kept his word informed every step of the way...was then called by a very lovey young lady whose name I forgot.....she still had to cal..e back but unfortunately been very sick and she could not get holdnof me...but I am confident she will call me back on my office line as per our agreement.....she was really great.....and we got rhe coordinate right now we need to fix the debit order......Its good that they hve such a strong query and support team.....nvr made anything about them but very empathetic to me and my situation.....this young lady made me feel like she really cared about my network issues and service I got and has truly made me want to stay a bit longer
I was called as a referral as I needed Wi-fi ....called by three different agents but none of them could conclude the sale as they had system issues....the last agent promised to call back as they need to checkbif I qualify.....the call never came so I thought it means it declined. Suddenly Router was dilivered to my house .....I contacted DSTV to find out how to finilize registration and how to connect which was a mission on its own....got really frustrated....finally got the connection but the network keeps breaking ever other minute......I emailed with my fraustration to get this contract canceled.....got email back asking if I hve the Router with me...which I responded yes......Can someone call me or email me and get this contract closed and removed in my name
In 2018 or 2019 I took a R99 simcard minute contract with TELKOM. the contract was for minutes and I was informed R99 Only once minutes are finished I could recharge .....I repeatedly asked the consultant at the time that there would be no extra charges or other charges for whatever reasons ...so basically I asked him to be transparent with all the fees and extra charges for whatever reason so that when I accept the contract I do no accept blindly...the guy assured and I accepted ...the first few months went by fine debit order off as per agreement...later they started to bill me more at first was due to early debit and I accepted .....then the debit was now R400 THEN R800 when this happened I called to find out why am I being debited this much when our agreement was only R99 the gentle man assisting me at the time could not really understand also and I advised that I wanted to cancel the agreement as it was not honoring what I and TELKOM agreed upon.......they could not find the recorded call .......I no longer used the sim card from the time they started debiting more than agreement but the Charge went on to R1200 after I have called and disputed .........the consultant I spoke to said they will close the account which was closed and showed on my report as closed to my surprise this morning a collection company which I have no dealings with named NUDEBT is sending me an email that they have issued a default judgement against me for the same account...... I have worked very hard to improve my credit score and do my best to honor my debits ....telkom has not called me ever for collections I called them when they did contrary to the agreement and I closed the account now nudebt is claiming that I did not respond to telkoms calls ....please sort this with nudebt and remove that judgement on my name please
Good day I humbly ask that MBD send me my paid up letter. The last conversation after I reach out to HELLO PETER was that the account was escalated to EDCON depart for ITC update, that was on the 23 FEB 2022 . Today I check my credit score which I am trying to fix so hard and to my surprise....Nimble group appearing that I owe JET. I am really frustrated because my score has gone down affecting my future plans. The email was from Kelebogile Mosikare My I plead with MBD to just send me the paid up letter so I can clear this myself
The most Appalling customer service ever. Went to Vodacom Carletonville to put a claim on my phone insurance. Day one was met by one of their staff member who asked how they could help then told me to stand there someone will assist me. Stood there for a good 15 to 20minutes then finally someone asked what the customer is waiting for, the gentlemen that responded said, why would she just stand there and not say what she want, the lady said I thought she came to you pointing to another. Anyway long story short they told me system to book phones was offline to come back tomorrow. I then asked if there was anything I needed to bring with, document or Information they said Only the phone and ID book. Next day system offline then the gentleman takes my number and said we will call you back as soon as the system is back on line. No call went back this time system is working and he is asking me for additional information (IMEI NUMBER) told him phone is not working how else can I get one(without any care he was busy on his PC with his own things and had a lolly pop in his mouth. while I am sitting there waiting for other ways to get IMEI number and continued with his life and 10 minutes later I asked him again how else can I get an IMEI NUMBER he told me to bring the phones box. WOW that was very smart of him I thought, I do not have the box and I asked what would be needed the first day I came, anyway I got frustrated and I left, while I am leaving he is asking for my phone numbers again. Then he say it looks like this phone does not want to be fixed.
