Well, I bought tickets yesterday the 9th Jen 2025…I then called to today to change the date as I couldn’t go today, I then called the number that is on the ticket with no luck…sent a Whatsaap with no luck as well I then sent a email and went to pick and pay as well where I bought the ticket and I was not help. Got a call from Neliswa who works for eagle liner and I tried explaining and the terms that I have and what she was reading from the system were not the same. I then asked her to send me what she see so I can compare and I asked for her name and surname… she gave me her name and said her surname is not important and the phone was dropped in my ear. As ****ed as I was I wrote again to the customer service from eagle liner to ask for assistance and report what has transpired. And I got a email back saying they whtassped me and we came to a conclusion which I don’t know where I am. I work for my money I can not loose R 920 meanwhile I reported and tried reaching out and have proof as well that I did. On the 31 of August 2023... bought 2 rebster box meal...spoke to the lady by name of Lebo at the till...showed her what we got and she answered and said she did not prepare the meal...I went and wrote an email to their complains department...even called and send the pics as well as the receipt. Till this day no Area manager called me, no store manager called me. We work for the money we use, and we expect to get what we see on your promotion or slides that you have in your stores. I am very disappointed and want the are manager to contact me as soon as possible. I've left my number on your call center. Your urgent response will be highly appreciated.
I am so disappointed, I pawn a phone at cash cruseders eastrand mall...I was hospitalized last week Monday the 7th of Feb...I call them and explain my situation and need banking details they say someone must come there...I have small kids, I'm tested positive with COViD....I emailled the customer service, there responce I got wasnto call the branch again. I mean I am sick and can't go out.what more should I do.and I am s**** My phone is sold now. I am really not happy with them and I want my phone. Me being admitted was not by choice.
