If I could give them a 0 I would. This is the worst store ever to have an online shop. I have ordered online twice and both times I did not receive my order due to the item no longer being there. Why do you still have it on your site if it's no longer there? Alberton baby city manger is the worst he told me straight that baby city doesn't not do shipment so if what you are ordering is in Durban or Cape Town and you are in Gauteng they will not ship it to you. Couldn't get my son the toy he wanted for his birthday BabiesRUs is the place to go. Baby city should just close down there is no point for them to have other outlets stores and on online store
If I could rate this organization 0 I swear I would. They said refund is paid back within 3 to 5 working days but that is a lie. I have brought back the watches but my money has not been refunded back. Iv sent countless emails but they not responding anymore. I want my money back
On Wednesday at 09:00 I ordered a watch which by mistake on my side I selected two watches. I only realised after paying that I was deducted twice when I go check as to why I see the error was on my side. I think go to Wachili to see if I can cancel my order and I see that I can within the first 12hours so I sent them 2 emails and even sent them a message on their website. Within the first 30mins of buying. The next day I git a message from their delivery company, of which had contact details to call and I called them so they can only bring one watch and cancel the other, they said I should write an email and I did. Today both watches are delivered to me and the delivery company says Wachili has not contacted them to collect. Why write ways to handle matters if you don't even follow them as a business.
On Wednesday the 21st of September, I went to see the Dentist Dr Holtzhausen cause I was in pain, and my face was swollen. I was informed my tooth has caused an abscess in my mouth and had to remove my tooth surgically. At 14:00 I was booked to remove my tooth same day and my tooth was removed. By 15:00 everything was done, I was then given that day and the next day to heal. Unfortunately on Friday I was still in pain where my ear and head were ringing I called the dentist at 10:20am and informed the receptionist I was not fit to go to work and can I be booked off, she said she will get back to me and will inform the doctor. (I have phone records to prove this) Unfortunately she did not get back to me and I had to call back again. I was then put through to Justice who was the receptionist for Dr Holtzhausen. He said he will tell the doctor before he knocks off and I said okay. Later I sent an email to ask what the doctor said and he sends an email saying the doctor has knocked off. And he will talk to the doctor on Monday. This Morning ( 26 September 2022) I send an email to ask, and the Sick note they send me, they write in caps that I didn't not come see the doctor on Friday (which is true) and that I only made them aware at 14:45 hours that I'm not well (which is a blatent lie) THIS doctor and staff have no professionalism at all, and once they done with what they need to do, they do not care at all. I have proof that I communicated long before the time they lied about. Iv never came across such in my life
This is a fraudulent company. They ask for your money and when you pay they tell you, you need an uograde You won't get a job
Very unprofessional. I don't even think they are real, when you sign up they ask about the package you want and when you choose the lowest they try convince you to go one up, they send you a contract, then assign you an agent and they don't even follow up with you. They can not even speak to their clients and they tell you it's a tough industry. I was ripped off of R950 iv been wanting my money back as I did not sign any contract but they ignore my messages. They use celebrities to pull you in.
I am very much disappointed in outrance service. I would like to please cancel my car insurance. I do not want to cover my car with outrance. The service I have received from outrance is very poor. Not only was the agent who was assisting me unprofessional but I was also called by management who had informed me that they will sort my problem and call me back but never did so. There is no proper service that I recieved from outrance throughout my claim. I claim on the 24th of December and only got my car back beginning of April. I had to do my own follow ups. I'm very disappointed. I even called this passed Monday to cancel I was informed they will get someone to call me but it's Thursday now today and no one has called me. Their service is very poor.
Vodacom called me once after my review and never again. No help at all
I am very disappointed in how Vodacom handled my phone problem. In December 2021 I was due for an upgrade of which I didn't take. I then lost my phone in January 2022 of which then forced me to get a new phone, I then upgraded. I was assisted online by an Agent named Busi, who was very friendly, she then informed me that I can collect my phone at Mall of Africa Vodacom shop, I had chosen a Huawei Nova 9. So before going to Mall of Africa I first called them to inform them IL be coming later that day to collect the phone, but the lady who answered said no I can not come collect the phone because their store phones only go out of the store if you do the upgrade with them,of which IL be charged for that upgrade IL be doing with them. Now this confused me as the lady that assisted me on the phone said I should just show them my reference number and IL get the phone. The Agent from online called me back about an hour later and I told her what Mall of Africa Vodacom shop told me and she called them, then came back to me and said I should go to Mall of Africa and ask for a guy called, he will assist me but there isn't anything I need to pay for as everything has been handled online. So later that day I went to Mall of Africa to get the phone Huawei Nova 9 with a reference number which I was not asked to produce. The guy who assisted at Mall of Africa gave me papers to sign at which at that point I thought were collection papers and not my contract cause he did not even give me my own copy to have. He gave me the phone, we did sim swap I paid then I left. Nowhere was I told I couldn't return the phone should I not be happy. Unfair Treatment me To customercare@vodacom.co.za 9 Feb at 10:29 Good Morning My number 0820751384 was due for an upgrade since December 2021 oh which I didn't take up. I only upgraded my phone on the 27th of January 2022 due to losing my phone. I called through to Vodacom and I was assisted with an upgrade, the lady Busi who assisted me then informed me to fetch the phone which is Huawei Nova 9 from Mall of Africa with a reference number which I was not asked to produce. The guy who assisted at Mall of Africa gave me papers to sign at which at that point I thought were collection papers and not my contract cause he did not even give me my own copy to have. He gave me the phone, we did sim swap I paid then I left. Nowhere was I told I couldn't return the phone should I not be happy. When I got home I opened the phone charged it then downloaded my required apps, all my whatsapp data is backed up so if I lose my phone I can still retrieve it. Now when I download my what's up and most of my other apps none of my information comes back of which then means the phone is not useful for me. The next day which is not even 24hours later I called the customer service line and informed them that I'm not happy with the phone I'd like to bring it back and get another phone. I was informed that I should speak to a Bytes consultant because they dealt with my online application. I was then transferred to Bytes and I spoke to the consultant and I was informed that my phone would be picked up within 7 working days then once I receive an sms that phone is collected I should then call in again to cancel my contract and make another one. I agreed then waited. 10 days later I call in as 7 working days have passed and I'm then informed my request has been declined due to me collecting the phone in store. This then confuses me as to why they gave me the option to collect at the store if this would be a reason to decline me, And now because I signed a contract this then means I can not take the phone back. How can I be treated this way as a client? I am not happy at all and I according to my knowledge if you not happy with a purchase it can be returned within a certain period normally 5days which is called the cooling off period. I informed vodacom of my happiness I sent them an email and their consultant called me, I explained again to them my unhappiness she said she will escalate. And again I got an sms saying my case is closed with no solution nothing. I feel very much wronged.
