This one star is for shein. Not everything is good quality. I bought 2m phone charger wires. Each 1 stopped working after 2 weeks. It's disposable chargers and I paid alot. Shein also chooses the worst delivery service. Buffalo services are terrible. They came this morning. My phn didn't even ring than they sent a WhatsApp that I'm unavailable to collect my parcel. I even tried calling they ignored my message. Now they want to charge me a second fees. Like 2 min later after I got a WhatsApp message. I have all the call records etc. I don't think I will buy from shein again.
Terrible service. They didn't even let my phone ring and claim that it was a failed attempt. Now they want to charge extra. Why does shein use this deliver service. Very disappointing. I also called immediately after I received a WhatsApp and they ignored my call.
Payflex has now implemented a picture verification so I can actually use my payflex. This is such inconvenience. You can't shop online if you don't have an ID card. I still have my green ID book. I don't have time to sort this out now.
Payflex does not refund you if your total amount owing is more that the refund amount. Heads up everyone! So for example you owe still 2000 rands and your refund amount is 1000 Rands. You can kiss that money goodbye. I lost R100 rands and payflex chose not to refund me. I was upset with takealot but it wasn't even takealot at fault. So just be weary people when shopping with payflex...
Im a frequent customer of takealot, but recently I was not given credit for items cancelled. Firstly takealot delivered 3 items instead of 4. It was a bottle of turpentine. I cancelled it as I had already painted, I was not refunded for this item. I also cancelled an order previously and the delivery fees was not refunded. I rather buy from makro because the service is better. I even prefer Game as their after sale service is👌
I recently upgraded my fnb account with a built in overdraft facility of R2000. I used R1000 rand of that facility but now every month fnb claims the full R2000 as theirs. I have to pay 80 rand extra for using my own money. Also the consultant didn't explain how the overdraft facility works. I had to go back and the manager explained. I have been reducing the facilty slowly but why should I pay back 2000 when I used only R1000.
Cancelled takealot order and was not refunded the amount debited from my account. Purchased through payflex. Contacted payflex and they said because the entire amount was not paid therefore all my money could not be refunded. So the problem is nobody, not payflex nor takealot is taking responsibility. As consumers we have rights. I sent an email to takealot, got no response. Imagine if they take money from every customer, its not right. My next step would be to contact the ombudsman

Very disappointed. My account was debited with 185 and I was only refunded 150. Where did the R35 go? Contacted them but I don't get why I wasn't refunded the full amount when I cancelled my takealot order. Cancelation was done the next day. Nothing was delivered.
Good day, so I would like to share my experience with a recent upgrade of my account from a savings to a a fusion aspire account. So initially I wanted to upgrade to a cheque account so I could earn ebucks. When I went to the branch, I opted for the fusion aspire account without the overdraft facility. The consultant offered me the built facility at no extra cost. This is how it's advertised. 120 per month. I opted for a 2000 overdraft facility and last month used R1100 of my facility. I was charged my account fee plus overdraft fees plus interest. Now every month when my salary goes into my account, fnb owns R2000 of my money. My salary is technically 2000 short. I was advised to pay this overdraft off. I have now decided to lower the facility every month until I have paid the whole 2000 of the overdraft even though I only used 1100 of my overdraft last month. So technically I'm paying 800 rands back of which I did not use. I just want to advise people that you only allowed that 1 amount ONCE. Very important. The consultant did not explain properly. It's also advertised that you have 30 days to pay back the overdraft and no interest will be charged. I paid back the overdraft withing 30 days. But it's like a bait and you just the fish. Please please read and understand the whole overdraft facility before applying.
