ZERO service! Nil! Nada! Zilch! You may spend the entire day trying to phone them. Nobody will respond. If you are fortunate enough to receive a response, you will be met with a frustrated, unpleasant, and unhelpful tone from the other end. I app**** for a reprint of my SACE certificate in 2022. No response and no certificate were obtained. The application cost has also disappeared. One email address and one phone number. Figures. There has been no response to any of my emails or support tickets submitted online. Paid the overdue membership fees. Status remains unchanged. Meanwhile, your career is on hold for an indeterminate period. Destroyed.
No agent has been in touch with me since I published my first review. Snatcher! What a fitting name for a bunch of ******. This website is a complete *****. I can't believe you stole my R1428.00! I placed an order on 18 June. Delivery never arrived. No response to my emails. The online telephone number is ****. The exact same line repeated in every email since 18 June. "Please be advised your order is in processing". Avoid these ******* at all costs!
I have never seen such appalling customer service from an online retailer before, as a South African consumer. I placed an order for a cell phone on June 18th. I have not yet received my mobile phone. There have been no updates on the delivery and there is no contact number. Whenever I submit a delivery inquiry, I am repeatedly sent the same copy-and-paste emails from a customer service representative named Tashrieq Rustin. In addition, there is a non-refundable cancellation fee of 15%. This store is not worth your time.
Halfway Toyota Ottery, Cape Town set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. Ask for Service Advisor, Elmarie Rosenberg. She is the best! She makes the entire servicing experience really smooth and pleasant. Elmarie goes above and beyond for her customers with follow-up calls, texts and updates. I appreciate the great customer service Toyota Ottery!
Thieves! Avoid at all costs. Ordered online a week ago Payment successful. No record of transaction. Online login details wiped from Zara portal. Had to reregister my profile. No email or sms confirmation of order or payment. All Contact numbers online doesn't exist. Customer services consist of bot on Zara App. Retailer doesn't respond to reviews. Majority of reviews are negative. SCAMMERS!
Avoid Netstar tracking service at all costs. Company doesn't allow customers to cancel membership. Three weeks of email requests for cancellation completely ignored. No sms or email confirmation of cancellation of membership. Several sms'es, calls and emails of demand for payment following cancellation request and paid up premiums.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! Europcar treats their clients like criminals. Showing up at my residence unannounced to collect a courtesy vehicle, Staff untrained and unprofessional. Worst car rental company experience ever!!
