My vehicle tracking location is not being identified as correct. Have lodged many requests for urgent attention (CAS 10204202 and CAS10205005) due to the fact my vehicle cannot be tracked or located. However I get told that the problem can only be attended to next week. Have had bad service from this company before and the same name Ashwin Maharaj seems to be a common contact point with poor customer service levels...an absolutely clear case of incompetence.
This pertains to Westville..Have had issues every instance when taking in my vehicle for its annual service...also no competent assistance when querying options for a new vehicle purchase. Tried to contact the Dealer Principal last week and provided my contact details to the front desk for him to call back. To date no response.....well done on your arrogance.
I have a substantial investment currently and this is up for renewal. However, I am seriously considering looking elsewhere for new investment due to the ongoing incompetence and poor service of two ABSA staff members in particular for my queries. These are Mandisa Ngcobo from the Cornubia Branch and Nosipho Zulu (originally Cornubia, now Phoenix), On all instances they promise to respond to queries and never do. Well done ABSA for keeping such incompetence in your employ...other financial institutions are welcoming my business.
Had to change my registration number on my vehicle due to new provincial requirements, Current configuration with Netstar Tracking allowed me real time location functionality. After updating my credentials my location viewing functionality disappeared. No hardware or software changes were made. Upon querying this with support, I was told that "my package did not allow real time location viewing and that I needed to upgrade at an increased premium" This is a **** ...how did this function until my change of registration was requested?
Clicks Pharmacy Reservoir Hills .. Had my son's chronic medication managed at this pharmacy and unfortunately had the first encounter with an *********** and arrogant pharmacist Yugeshnee Naik who did not quite understand the nature of the repeat script and that I did not receive notification of the availability of the medication. Further to not being able to comprehend the basics, she was rude and arrogant. Shocking service from the actual pharmacist..I had more we efficient service from her assistants.
I am a client of FNB banking and investments, and was approached by FNB to provide short term insurance for my assets. Have been trying to get a consultant Clive Perumal to obtain a quote for but he has not even bothered to return my calls. This incompetence and arrogance to acquire new business is beyond comprehension, considering that FNB approached me.
Cash Crusaders Reservoir Hills... Went in to purchase earphones price marked at R29.90. Brought same item previously using notes and was sometimes not given the 10c change back...not a major issue. Sometimes did get the 10c change back. Today 8August2025, went in and had change amounting to exactly R29.90. Firstly there was no one in attendance at the cashiers cubicle, and I had to walk around to seek assistance from another staff member who mentioned that the cashier was in the toilet, After 15min of waiting Mncwango Sicelumusa somes through and claims the finds were short. I proceeded to recount the R29,90 that I handed over and she insisted on wanted R30.00 and that she was responsible for the 10c shortfall. No amount of explanation could convince the individual that the price that is listed is the price you pay...and she was becoming arrogant. This is the extent of incompetence, arrogance and frankly stupidity that exists as service assistants in such retailers. I would like to hear from the franchise in this matter...!
Incompetence and arrogance for potential Business is clearly evident. I had a substantial amount of available funds to invest. Messaged Nosipho Zulu at the Cornubia Branch on guidance on how to proceed...no response to more than one mail. This has happened previously as well. Sent a complaint to ABSA investment complaints...logged as complaint CE41536659 with promises of a 4 day response....14days have passed and no feedback. Proceeded to contact and concluded my investment with another institution.. Went personally to ABSA Cornubia and spoke to the Branch Manager Mpume Ngema...still awaiting a response. It seems aa arrogance and incompetence runs through this organisation without any expectation of recourse.
Absolutely great and courteous service by Njabulo...very efficient.
