These people could not get anything right. Not the colour not the quantity and finally the end product only had 2 of the 3 images ordered and paid for in full, actually printed. They refused to deliver before final payment was made so it was not possible to pick up the mistake until they had taken all their money with no further recourse possible for us. Sharlene was uncommunicative, drew the process out as much as possible by getting the order wrong all the time, making it impossible to sign off for printing and downright rude when pressured to at least give a timeframe to delivery. Don’t do bussiness with this company if you want professionalism.
Orderd a bereavement bouquet for a friend. Service was good and it was delivered on time but the actual arrangement was terrible and looked nothing like the picture. There were only 2 proteas and not 5-6 as it was supposed to have. They used cheap carnations in stead of roses and the whole arrangement was about half the size it was supposed to be. I paid R1400 for 10 flowers! I sent a mail on the day to complain and another one a week later. Neither were ever acknowledged or answered. Terrible customer service.
Woodlands branch. Bought the materials and then received non-existent service when it came to installation. Kept phoning and sending messages and following up but just got ignored and no feedback ever given. Eventually cut my losses and looked for another supplier to do the installation. Quite pathetic to say the least and not recommended 😡
I ordered a present for my son for Christmas early in December. The order never arrived with no feedback from them. Eventually when I followed up, they claimed that the product can't be delivered and they will refund me. It is now 3months and counting with no refund/feedback from the company, only promises when I press for answers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
