African bank poor service regarding cards and card transactions that don't go through. I made a transaction online and got a sms that it was deducted from my account but the recipient did not get the money. The bank decided it's ***** and hold back the funds after two previous transactions went through. The bank can not decide if my transactions are *****. Now I am the bank trying my ass of to get the funds payd or released to the recipient. I can not speak to a agent at the card devision directly to solve the problem it must be escalated by the contact centre which takes up to 48 hour's. My recipient is now already waiting for his funds for 42 hour's The agent I have spoken to on the phone escalated the query and included that it is urgent to call me. I'm sitting in the branch now waiting for nearly an hour and did not receive any call from any agent that works with the card devision. They just care about taking your money and not you as the customer
Hi guys I made a withdrawal from Playstogo last night as I did previousley but this time is different. For my previouse withdrawels I got it before 14:00 the next day but now I have to wait 72 hours for my withdrawal. The service off Avis is poor or their people working at their desks are ***********. I hired a car from Avis for the extend of 40 days from the 7th of February 2024 till the 14th of March 2024. Everything was concluded in the contract and I paid the whole amoint for the duration till the 14th. Today I got a call telling me that they need to renew the contract and get a new withholding amount for the time till the 14th. I signde a contract for the duration and I was not told that I have to renew the contract after 30 days. I'm holding and using the car till my time expire and will take it back on the 14th and no one is going to tell me otherwise.
