UNILEVER COMPLAIN:I bought OMO washing powder , 4 x 4 kg on Black Friday sale end of November, now I opened the last pack > It is >right word< stinking of surrage !.it is very obvious I don't have the till slip any longer from Spar. They cant help without a till slip. I called Unilever customer Care Center 0860 572 908 I end up in India! the person who answers is Indian and the english is accordingly , not to be understood! I called Johannesburg , Does not exist> I called Durban eventually ,The >lady < Female, Hardly speaks english ,however I was told if you need to complain about a product I Must cal India Nr: !!! I am in South Africa .I bought The product in South Africa an dnot getting assistance in South Africa?????. Is this our world of Customer service? SHOCKING ! UNILEVER !!
Absolutely THE WORST AFTER SAPS ! I try to solve a problem with EAAB OR NOW PPRA SINCE THEY CHANGED THEIR NANE OF ALL THEIR *******ION AND INCOMPETENCE, how everything is still the same ! Be EXTREMELY CAREFUL AT FOOD *****S MARKET .If you African customer, you might get beaten which happened at centurion Gateway plaza , just because I gave support to a European man who had a genuine complain And so are another African lady too. The Branch Manager BRUCE MC CLAREN attacked US without warning AND PHYSICALLY ATTACKED ME as I am a African person. Head office support his action . As they told us to leave the shop. NO REFUND !!! Be very very extremely cautious at FLM centurion at Gateway plaza, all on record , first they did not returned my bread I paid for , complain was because it was not eatable, not the first time !!! Yesterday shopping I was overcharged on garlic 🧄, refund after quarries was done , NOW PLEASE THIS IS FACTS , first I have no bread replaced , Garlic was removed from my tray and vanished by one of Teller Person, yes indeed , it was paid for ! Previous I complains to head office Cape Town 021 140 9600 empty promises of call back none whatsoever for the last 20 days! Today 5 oct. 2024 I went to see management at store a Mrs trudie tried to sort the problem as I have solid proof and there own staff as witnesses what’s happening before and yesterday as they have confirm on front of her . Now the big BANG!! I asked for the store manager for the last week including today , no he’ll will turnover , will not attempt to help, my assistant who was with me please read carefully the fact, all of a sudden the store manager came raging like a crazy bull grabbed the AFRICAN person next to me throw him against the wall and told him to f…k off and get out , I asked him is me next ? He’s rep**** get the f…l out of my store your complaint is Nog accrued here . First this is theft and robbing clients of money and goods .AND worst ****** FOR SURE. Hi everyone , I did shop once a week regularly at FLM in Centurion Gateway Plaza . Mistakes can happen , however there are to many I have experienced. . OVERCHARGED AT THE TILL, 8XOUT OF 10X. YES THAT BAD. CALLED FRESH FISH WAS FROT once. ALWAYS DID GET ASSISTAED . SO FAR . Bread ,RYE bread is sometimes not well baked had to return about 3x in the year , again help was sort of dawn graded as I was told Head Office Instructions. recently 2 weeks ago I bought Rye Bread only ,as I try to avoid purchasing anything else anymore at the store of FLM. Rye Bread 60% paid. I had to return it same day after i tried to eat . Outside nice crispy ,Inside a total waste ,like chewing gum, raw, luckily another person ( customer )was present when i complained . Manager of BreadSection told me only you complain and don't want to attend to my complain , that was his words and walked away. the other customer had similar complain also left stranded. there is no store manager available as he is out and no one could help me and or the other customer as the staff at the bread section are not entitled to change or make any decision to rectify the problem. WHAT HAPPEN I CALLED HEAD OFFICE TILL TODAY 20/08/2024 I HAD NO ONE CALLING ME OR EXPRESSED THERE CONCERN ABOUT THE COMPLAI. I PAID FOR GOOGS I COULD NOT EAT AND WAS IN FACT LEFT AT THE STORE . FOR THAT Reason people be aware of complaining at FOOD *****S MARKET, is not good as you get nothing but loss and ************ as it is and was in my case .NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME TO RESOLVE THERE WRONGDOING. BUT TOOK MY MONEY AND NO BREAD ON HAND.
I’ve lodged a query and complain from bottom to top at saps station at Wierdabrug and head office at saps ! NONE WHATSOEVER, No one ever contacted me or hello Pieter , as I see it they , of course who are involved enjoying themselves to destroy peoples life and the worst thing is ,? They get even paid for it !!!
