I contacted Brian Potts from Outsurance the day before, and he arranged a meeting for the following day. He arrived on time, took the time to understand exactly what I needed covered, and clearly explained everything to me before providing a quote. The service was outstanding, and I decided during the meeting to change my insurance provider because of the competitive quotes. My only regret is that I didn’t make the change sooner.

Takealot has no 3rd party seller quality control.
3rd Party Resellers are taking fat chances selling knock off or cheap lookalike products on takealot. I ordered a TV bracket a few months ago so I repeated the order via my order history, the item name, brand and description were exactly how I remembered. The TV bracket was delivered, it was a no name Chinese import, it's quality was poor, the metal was poorly bent, the holes were off center, and the powder coating wasn't 100% and left sections of the mild steel exposed. This is 100% takealots fualt they have 0 quality control when it comes to there 3rd party sellers. Anyone can claim that they sell a branded product and just replace it with cheap Chinese knock offs. You wasted my time, and then still want to charge me delivery for another bracket.

Texo is great!
Support is excellent and they respond quickly and to the point, I've moved all my websites and company websites to Texo each time, and this was seamless.

Openserve Installation waiting for nearly a month. Even VOX can't understand why?!
Don't know what has happened with this company. I use to recommend Openserve to everyone, but now I won't. We placed an order on the 17th of last month and after countless back and forth with my ISP(VOX) we found the problem and resolved and addressed the issue. The issue was resolved almost 2 weeks ago so that the installation can take place, yet they still haven't come to do an installation. It's been escalated 3 times now and then no one ever gets back to me or our ISP VOX. Our original order was placed on the 17th of October so nearly a month.

How hard is it to install a fibre line?
Placed an order on the 17th for fibre. It's pathetic that I have to follow up so much to try and organize an installation. Can not believe how hard it is for you guys to do this install.

DHL Will charge you extra.
My parcel was quoted at R2700 to ship to the USA. Weighed in on my scale at 1.5kgs DHL weighed it and it weighed 300gr more. They won't send me proof and won't reweigh it. Will never use them again.
