I went to Howard Centre in Cape Town to send a package , as I don’t know the sizes I ask the lady at the till to provide the right package size and unfortunately she provided a smaller size as she is new to the job and who I assume is the manager who was not even wearing her uniform or a badge (found out her name is Chris) says I made a hole in the package and not to come to the store not knowing what what size I want. Then she takes my receipt and plastic. Now I don’t have my funds and I had to go ask the new lady to please give me my things so I can have proof that I paid . This Chris lady (she was wearing an orange dress) then gives me a disgusting look. So money has been ****** from me by pep stores at Howard Centre
First time travelling outside of the country and it was fantastic. I had an amazing booking experience with Qondile Everything about my trip was perfectly planned and completely hassle-free. What really stood out was how quickly they responded to my requests even when I asked for a last minute change to my shuttle times, they handled it with no problem at all. Their attention to detail made my trip stress-free and enjoyable. I’m already thinking of my next trip and will be requesting her to make my bookings.
Went to exchange money at western union in century city canal walk and was met with attitude and tribalism from a lady who says her name is Yonela , if that is even her real name. She said she would not change my money the first time because why can’t I do it at my bank, second time she took the money then said she will not give money to anyone who is not from Cape Town and she can be reported all we want , she doesn’t care she will get paid anyway after providing proof of travel, proof of residence, passport and bank statement as her requested by her.
I reported my toilet blockage 3 months ago and I am yet to get it fixed. They have resorted to telling me that I need to fix the drain myself
Been waiting for someone to come fix my shower and kitchen tap since monday and all I get told is someone will call and I get a reference number. As a tenant all I ask for is prompt assistant. So I pay rent but I'm ignored when I require them to fix something that's faulty
Planning a trip and needed assistance, I spoke to Qondile who was able to provide details and guidance based on my budget and requirements. Was a bit sceptical because of the bad rep travel companies have, but I look forward to booking my trip. The service is great
Called them to ask about a booking and when I asked if they can get me a blank person to explain in my home language as I was very confused with what was being said. I was told that I’m they will hang up the call because it’s rude to ask for your home language and the lady said I was frustrating her and she went in to complain about me in the background to her co-workers.
Took my car in a month ago, they stayed that they called the company that handles my policy only to find out the service advisor never did that. Then I finally got a second booking a month later and im trying to find out how much I need to pay and when I can collect my car seeing that it was there the entire weekend and I was told they're busy with other client's so I must wait.
Been waiting 4 weeks for them to assist. My policy is about to end and they have not been willing to pay for what’s in the policy. The lady that got in contact with me said I must figure it out myself then they hung up the call. Terrible service
