No matter what you do, you cannot get a hold of these people. For the past few days payments have kept on failing and the problem is with them. You send emails, contact them on other social media platforms but they do not respond. How do they not have an actual number to be contacted on??? Previously you used to almost immediately get a response(automated) but still something. Now you don’t even receive that.
Lesego was very patient and kind, listened and took time to understand what was required. What I thought would take 24 hours happened almost immediately! Terrific service, thank you so much to you and also to Ethan!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had a delivery coming from UberEats that was for McDonald’s Hamilton, this was the second time disaster. The driver said he was downstairs, my fiancé went downstairs but no one was there, he came back up and after 5 minutes went back down again to see if the guy was there but saw that no one was there yet again. A photo was placed on the app of where he supposedly left the food but when my fiancé was downstairs there was nothing, the driver took a photo of the food outside on the stairs, then picked the order up again to take for himself and took off. We haven’t been able to get a hold of him after that. We placed a complaint on the app and even though I stated that no sufficient contact was made for the delivery, they still refused to redeliver or refund.
UberEats is insisting that because I could not be contacted that I not get refunded, my fiance was waiting outside the hospital and was walking up and down but the delivery guy who said he was there was nowhere to be found by my fiance. UberEats is taking forever to get back to me about this, my fiance was outside looking for the delivery guy, and I was unable to get to my phone due to the fact that I was tending to a newborn so in the meantime well my fiance was outside looking for the delivery guy the delivery guy decided to leave the food outside somewhere where we couldn’t find it so now Uber eats wants to charge us For food that’s going to be picked up by stranger. thanks a lot Uber eats
I am en expectant mother who is paying rent MONTHLY at The Junction Village 3, I live with my fiancé inside the complex. Months ago in 2021, without any prior communication which is the norm for Central Development, our fingerprints just stopped working. Currently, as I’ve had no time to register my fingerprint again, I have been scanning the barcode to enter the complex and if the barcode put up by Central Development is damaged and you cannot scan it then a paying tenant is told by Security to enter a damn code which is unacceptable. Today at 17:45 14 March 2022 I could not enter the complex because I had run out of data, the female security officer simply said she cannot assist me and wanted a paying tenant to park outside the complex with no way into the complex where she lives. I refused to reverse my vehicle because it is pouring with rain and cannot get home due to Central Developments that has prevented security from assisting its residents and tenants. The female security guard pressed a panic button, kept telling me to reverse and park outside as of I’m a visitor and while also holding a clamp ready to clamp my ******* vehicle instead of actually assisting. And her male colleague proceeded in writing down my registration. The assistance and concern at this complex is appalling, no wonder so many people move out before even a month has passed.
