I have been battling with a credit for over 6 months for an order worth just over R5000. Takealot cancelled my order and locked my account without any reason and are now making claims to have credited my account but cannot give me proof. This is rather ******** behaviour as it clear theft. We work for our money to ********** like this by businesses that we thought we could trust. Takealot is clearly a **** now.
I placed an alcohol order with Takealot and submitted all the required verification documents as requested. Despite fully complying with your process, my account has been unfairly blocked without a clear explanation. This action is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience, as I am now unable to access my account, orders, or make any purchases. Blocking a customer who has adhered to all requirements without proper justification reflects poorly on Takealot’s customer service and accountability. Takealot cannot assist me and I have a credit that I want to use for an urgent purchase.
The restaurant closed yet again without delivering my paid order. I called and was reassured that my order is being prepared. The store closed yet again without delivery. Third incident now this is beyond infuriating.
I just called Absa idirect to cancel my building insurance and the consultant (Ayanda) I spoke to had a rather rude tone and was seemingly impatient. I could not even go ahead with other queries that I had.
I placed an order with steers Lichtenburg for over 50 minutes. The store accepted my order however they closed without notifying me whether my order will be delivered or not
Spoke to a consultant this morning to arrange for delivery and she was rather rude. Did not appreciate her tone.
