Incredibly Bad Service from the Finance Department of Incredible Connection. In store at Pmb Midlands Mall. Calls made to Finance for assistance were cut off, placed on hold and ignored. Double payment not reversed in 2 weeks.
Hi your Midlands Mall branch was really shocking today ...waited 45 minutes for an order via kiosk and the store was not busy it is now 19:19. Ridiculous! What's going on!? Hire more help please! Seems as if technology is of no use there! As for your branch near the Lakeside ...NO chips!!! Seriously poor planning, knowing your clientele!
Cannot contact SAP Pinetown. Tried through the Logistics but the Operator is not available and Messaging System is on. The time is 10:20am. All these listed numbers dialled ended in "call ended". 0313255074; 0313255072; 0313255080.....

Poor service and delivery by Spar Starwood Phoenix. Order placed at 12:05 and delivery at 13:43. Month end understandable but this was ridiculous given I live a stones throw away from the Spar! Kindly please hire more staff as your current labour cannot deal with online purchasing. Checkers & PnP beat you hands down no matter how busy they are! I was called over an hour later to be informed that there was no stock on 1 item and the delivery person complained about how busy they are & the volume of orders they have as if my order was insignificant. Get with the program properly or just don't!
Be extremely wary of Tyme bank. Their digital security is weak & one can be easily ****med. Experienced a **** last week whereby the Tyme bank card was drained of its fairly large balance. The card was physically with me. Upon enquiry an obviously **** agent contacts you & sends OTPs for you to access the account. Understood that one must not do this, however how can this **** agent have access to the history of the account which he repeated back to me ????.The agent seemed genuine because the history he gave out was correct...Seems like an inside job. Tyme bank get your security ramped up please! ****** are easily ****ming your clients via Hollywood Bets transactions.

The worst experience with the Accounts Department. ***********, unresponsive. An enquiry into why my debit order has not gone through, has been a nightmare. They cannot be reached on the advertised number as the call volumes are high forever, tried this route since last week, 5 calls. Their Whatsapp route is faulty & sends 100 messages through on enquiry. They do not respond to urgent emails. This is money owed to you, so catch a wake up & stop sending your customers on a wild goose chase!!!!
