Worst institution with highly *********** people. I app**** online in November. It's end of Feb now and I still don't have the certificate. No responding to calls and emails. You go there to they send you back
Please call me on 0844082883 today between now and 5. I'm extremely angry with your service. You are the worst bank I ever used. I haven't been able to access my account in 3 months despite submitting all the documents you wanted.
I haven't accessed my accounts in more than 3 months. My account was blocked due to compliance status but handed in documents immediately. Up until now I still can not access my accounts as no account is visible. I went to the branch more than 10 times African Bank is the most disorganised bank in SA. I strongly urge people NOT TO use it.
Bought shoes from The Fix on the 2nd April. Only to find that the other one is small and heel skew. Couldn't send exchange because I was out of the country. Only came back on the 1st of April to be told I can't get help.
Bought shoes from The Fix on the 2nd April 2024,only to find that the other one is fits and the other one is big and the other heel is skew. I was in the rurals. Came back on the 1st of July and went straight to The Fix to address my concern. I'm told they can't help. The shoes have never been worn because of their factory fault.
I had money disappearing from my savings account, I then remained with a -15000. I spent over R500 calling different numbers without any help. Went to different branches still with no luck. It's been 3 weeks now of FNB taking me from pillar to post. The west part is that I can't even access the money I have in my account. I'm so ****ed, I've had enough
I bought a neck piece from Legit fashion on the 5th March 2022 paying cash. The chain broke the same day and unfortunately I misplaced the proof of payment. I sent them the message and they said they can't help
