Truworths City View Durban has rejected my shoe return with a broken heel with a reason that returns are done within 6 months but that is not stated in their return policy. The heel is attached to the shoe using glue which will function temporarily. Reference: 1062005
A pathetic service. I am waiting for a refund. The supervisor asked me to join the qué again. I am currently waiting for the Manager to assist me with a refund but she is nowhere to be found. I have been waiting/standing for 1 and half hour
There is a syndicate of ******s at CIty View Shoprite who pickpocket you inside the store and the store cameras are not working. Be careful fellow South Africans. You shop in that store at your own risk. The Store Managers including branch manager plus Center Management do not give a dam about that. Your complaints will fall into deaf ears and heartless souls. From my experience I am led to believe that it is an inside job. I am a victim.
I cancelled my policy with Outsurance and cancellation was confirmed. But they deducted a premium. It is now taking forever to return my money yet it was their fault. I must keep calling them to follow up, I never received any curtesy call from them. People be careful who is insuring you.
I have settled my account with them on 13 June 2023. At the end of the month I went to close my account but was told there is a balance of R111. 39, how was an interest generated because the account was settled?? On the 14th July I decided to pay that R111. 39 but was told that my account is now R639. There was no valid explanation of how it accumulated. Please help!

MTN is a rubbish network provider. They are scammers.
Ref: Account A1873997 Kindly instruct MTN to return my money R22.55 and stop debiting incorrect amount from my bank account. This started on 25th March 2022 and I hope this does not happen again. The contract I have with them is for R199.00 not R221.55. When I spoke with the consultant at City View she confirmed that deduction should be R199.00 and also said she cannot find the reason why a high amount was deducted. I want my R22.55
Capitec bank in City View Durban has pathetic service: I logged a query on 28/0/2022 and was promised a call but till now dololo. Consultants and their manager need to go to Bato Pele course. Colby and his Manager do not know how to handle queries. Documents that should have been attached to my query were not attached. They take queries/complaints personal. They do not want to make calls to relevant departments-they only stick to emails. They did not call for feedback as they promised. Colby told me that there is nothing that can be done with my account,said I must go and open an account with other bank.
