I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance
Changes made to my package without communicating with me and having to pay extra costs that were not communicated and were unplanned for. When I requested to speak to a manager none was available. I don’t believe that was the case they just refused to listen to a client complaint to resolve.
I took my car in for a wash in February, one of the staff was vacuuming my car and she accidentally pulled my boot hard and snapped the tailgate. This is all on their video. I have sent through the police ar that they requested but I have had no feedback from the manager instead all I’m getting is a run around. I managed to fix my car I just need them to own up and refund my money.
Delayed refund after they failed to assist me with rescheduling a flight of which I had paid an extra charge for to reschedule dates. I was ill and went in for an operation I sent a letter from my doctor stating that I’m unable to board the plane for travel. But I was sent from pillar to post by their agents and no assistance. I ended up having to use a taxi for 6 hours as sick as I was. Now they are struggling to process a simple refund ??
I was debited for an extra decoder 2 months ago and I called in and informed their agent and then one was cancelled but no refund for me. This made some of my other debit orders to bounce - which I was chat by the bank then I was charged double( speed point error due to load shedding while I was paying) and for a decoder that I was replacing. Can someone please call me and rectify please? No feedback has been given to me.
I started chatting with FlySafair on behalf of Travelstart a day prior my flight because I wanted to reschedule a date as I paid the the required amount I was thrown from pillar to post and now I’m told I can’t be assisted I didn’t make the booking with them. They have been asking me to send the doctor’s note then I must get a stamp one. All this costing me money to travel. I came for a medical procedure and made provision to change dates cause I knew it would be possible but now I’m told I have forfeited the flight. I went to fly Travelstart and their website does t have the option to chat to an agent. Kindly help. I just need to get home in SA and recover.

My trust in Takealot is slowly breaking, I’ve been using their services from their clients for so many years and never had such mediocre service. This is my second time time I logging a return for an incorrect order and it’s an inconvenience for me as I have to drive to the collection point for wrong only to get a wrong order. I’m so not impressed. Please use credible retailers otherwise you are loosing customers as my friends are complacent also.
