Very Poor service and staff they don’t even care to give an explanation. I went with my four year old and ordered a happy meal and a Big Mac meal …. We waited over 45 min for our food that time the restaurant wasn’t even busy, people that came after me had their food ate and left while I was still waiting, I went to the counter to enquire only to be told “they missed my order they don’t know how it happened” ontop of that my son’s meal doesn’t have a toy.
I don’t think I will ever visit Burger King in Sebokeng (Thabong shopping centre) they are the worst . If it’s not their uncooked wings it’s no toys in kids meal. I have had 2 bad experiences in that outlet and in both accounts staff they don’t care . First one I bought wings and kids meal via drive through, after I received my order and left I realized they gave me 6 wings instead of 8 I drove back they just gave me 2 wings no explanation no sorry… then my son’s meal didn’t have a toy and I couldn’t go back again so I called and they told me the shop doesn’t have toys I told ok but you should have told me when I bought so that I can decide if I am still buying or not because we buy those meals because our kids look forward to what they find. 2nd time I was buying the same wings and kids meal the meal didn’t have a toy again luckily this time I had not drove off… the lady who was assisting me just said we don’t have toys then I ask why didn’t you tell me she said “so o tlo etsa jwang” meaning what will I do? I said call the manager she came and asked what is the problem I explained and she said we don’t have toys can you come back again to fetch it another time… with what petrol? I said no I can’t she said the is nothing they can do. Yoh I hate that place
The senior assistant that helped me is Roxanne she was very friendly, efficient and understanding by the time we ended the call I was happy and my issue was resolved in less than 30 minutes
Staff at Builders Wearhouse Vaal (Bedworth centre) they are the worst… we made payment into the account then went to the store to collect staff they tell us no they wait for head office but they will notify head office …fine we go back and wait for a call nothing comes up The following morning we go back they tell us the people who were assisting us they not the and the other one has to start the process from scratch we ask them can’t they phone the head office and ask if they got payments so that they can load it they say no they are not allowed to call head office imagine … we need the fittings for the jojo tanks we paid for them we are running a centre that serves people food daily how are we now supposed to cook for those people? Yoh I hate that store…. How can they not be allowed to phone their head office when they have a problem
CellC is a night mare in my life , they put me on a contract without my knowledge, they kept billing me now they handed me over to attorneys I have been trying to calm and email for 6 months now to get this resolved but they always tell me my case is escalated but nothing comes from it. I hate CellC with a passion
In 2019 I was involved in an accident the person who bumped my car ran away but we followed him with police Officers. When we got to his house he agreed that he was at fault and even wrote down the statement and signed. A case was opened with saps. I then claimed from insurance to fix my car and they did but problem is recovering my access fee, they told me they investigating and will give me feedback since 2019 I am waiting for feedback when I call they take me from pillar to post. I hate DialDirect
