Stay away from Europcar and Tempest. They are i credibly dishonest. I dropped the rental car off and got confirmation from the agent thay everything was in perfect order. HOURS later they mail me that they suddenly found a scratch that appeared and want me to fill in an incident report. They supply no proof of the scratch and cannot prove that they did not cause it. These people are dishonest and their business practices are bad. Stay away from them, there are much better rental agencies out there that will not try moves like this.

Do not take up any offers with RCS or affiliates. They are straight **** artists and will ***** money from you. Blue Label, in particular, are ******* and will ***** money from you without providing you anything in return. If RCS or any affiliates phone you, hang up the phone immediately.
Do not trust RCS. Do not do business with them. Do not open an account with them. They have allowed a company called Blue Mobile to start taking money off of my RCS account WITHOUT MY CONSENT and are not willing to correct this. Blue Mobile is not willing to correct this either. They are blatant ******* and this company will ***** from you. AVOID OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH ANYTHING RCS RELATED.
I cancelled services in February of 2020, and NOW I'm receiving legal threats from lawyers that I owe money, despite no follow ups or anything since then and having spoken to a consultant that there was nothing due. How the hell? DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
I am currently on OnePlan's medical insurance for my pet. I pay your debit order religiously every month and have not missed a single one. While your systems are down and I'm unable to access the day to day care for my pet, I used my own funds to pay for the bills. You have now proven your unwillingness to refund me even though I have sent the documents through to you more than once. Not impressed right now.
Your staff are rude. Maybe send them for some training on how not to behave.
I am so sick and tired of this ****** bank phoning me four to five times a day to tell me that my cheque account is in good standing. This is bordering on harassment and they are refusing to stop. STOP CALLING CUSTOMERS FOR NONSENSE!!!
