Bought 2 VIP tickets for Zee Nation event, paid R4400, payment went off my account but showed error on ticketpro. My ticket are not there, money taken not refunded. I tried to contact zee nation for this but no feedback, nowhere on the site it shows you how to to about this. No following up with bank to revert that transaction
I paid off my credit card from FNB, received the paid up letter in January 2025 after many calls and emails, but up today, the card and amount still reflects on my credit profile. I have emailed, calls to have it resolved but still nothing.
I paid up my vodacom account and moved it to prepaid, it still reflects on my credit profile as opened. I called and try to get a paid up letter to have removed from my credit profile but no feedback. Not sure on what to do anymore that i actually decided to port my number to another service provider
I joined auto and general for home and building content in January and now i see a telesure investment on my credit profile with the monthly premiul i pay. I have tried to call several times to ask them to remove it as it was not consented by me, they keep on transferring me to a manager then after minutes of holding on, the line drops.
I have witness a scene at viva gym sunningdale cape town where a trainer was being escorted out of the premises by ADT on instructions of the manager. Upon research, it has been said that the lady manager seems uncomfortable with the trainer. After more research, i discovered that other trainers, african and caucasians have collided together to kind of get rid the african trainer lady . This because she has a lot of clients, clients prefer her because she works hard from 6 to 6 while the other trainers are not really wanted by clients. This needs to stop. This is not the first time i have seen this happening there and such things have no place in the society. If this happens again, we will basically cancel our membership and let them trainers work alone there. And we will spread the bad news about this manager and them lousy trainers
I have ***** case lodged. some company took money from my account 3 times. call fnb to have account locked and cancel all cards which was done. the worst experience came from having the account re-instated. Poor service, consultant did not know what to do, had to go different branches, and 14 working days later, ***** case does not give feedback. everyday I have to hold on the ***** lines for long and still nothing. Having a Private Wealth account is useless as the service is really pathetic. I just want my money back and will see how to deal with other issues later.

Have been trying to change my debit order date for 15 days now, still no one is able to assist and my Loan is now sitting with collections which will affect my credit record. You send a mail, they ask you to call them, you call, they transfer you and the line drops. for 15 fricking days. i regret use Sanlam Loan
