If I could rate their services as zero, I would. One of the most unprofessional banks I've dealt with Nedbank offers an app to customers where you can check your credit score, they have incorrect and false information on mine . I queried this more than 2months ago. From the CEO M Brown, to Louanne De Waal, Vis Govender, Jason Jordaan, all of these people cannot resolve a simple customer enquiry. I was told by Louanne this is not a Nedbank issue, yet it is their app reflecting false information. How convenient is that? Instead of resolving the query, they simply say " not our problem" Nedbank, I will take this matter to the highest level, obviously Management there do not care about customers. Disgusting service !
I must admit, after reading the reviews on this company, I was a bit skeptical with my withdrawal, however my withdrawal was paid out within 72 hours, and I was updated on their WhatsApp line. Thank you Scorebet, I will recommend your sevices
I'm really disgusted with Clearscore and their incompetence . There is a debt on my report that Experian has prescribed but Clear score shows it as being in arrears and outstanding. They keep on referring me to Experian when there are no issues with Experian, my balance is zero and is closed on Experian. Obviously the response even to my complaint will be the same as I see in everyone else's, it's an automated response, but does anyone ever look at sorting the issue out at Clearscore . If I do not get solid feedback, I will refer this matter to the Ombudsman , as you are doing fraudulent reporting on consumers
I would like to know why this company does not report payments to the credit bureaus ???????? A credit check is done in tenants , but no reporting on payment history to the bureaus.
Marlin credit and GMT are in cahoots when it comes to preying on innocent consumers. I applied for bridging finance from this company, and despite assuring me that I have to pay them once my pension claim is paid out, these 2 companies debited my account 5 days later, to this date they cannot give me an explanation, I've bern in contact with Marinda at Marlin and I'm still awaiting feedback.Ive reported then to NCR and the Ombudsman. As for GMT , they debited my account for R4091, I'm still awaiting an invoice from them. Consumers please be aware, they are exploiting people and I strongly suggest that if you have been scammed by these companies, that you report them

I paid this company on the 3rd of August and was told it takes 21 days for debt review clearance, they were giving me updates regularly but its been 3 days and I'm not receiving a response from them . 21 days has passed and I still do not know how far and how much longer for my removal to be done. NITC please respond,your company lacks professionalism . Claudine please acknowledge my message, I find the lack of response from this company to be appalling . I left a message for Niksha, I'm still awaiting my call to be returned.
