Amazon is deducting R79 daily in my account and I can't stop or reverse it I called but the issue was not resolved.I am not happy and frustrated about the matter as I don't owe them anything or have an account with them
Rain has so *********** agent, that would just leave you hanging on the line or hang up on you. I called twice to change my payment options to cash as they go through my bank account every day and that cost me bank charges but I was just left hanging
I was debited an authorized debit amount of over R3000 because I told I was behind with my account. Services were not rendered as it was supposed to and yes if I was behind I believe call center was supposed to call for an arrangement. Rain signal is poor most cases doesn't work hence I asked for it to be canceled and total this **** happenes and I'm told no refund is due
I request and paid for name change, documents were all submitted but now I'm told to go to charge at traffic department and no refund will be paid back to me
Multi choice is ****ming it`s client now, every month they would change you for something extra you do not being service with. I ague for a statement I get monthly which will be clarified after a conversation and I mean every month.
I called and did an inquiry for consolidation loan and application for DC was done and rejected as I requested but my ITC update is still not updated since last September
Matter is not getting resolved after sending money to an incorrect cell phone number that does not exist
My experience with Capitec is very bad, I had an immediate payment on the 3rd which I transferred to a different bank and thought because it's a different bank, it will reflect on the next business day. I called the bank on Tuesday to check what might be the problem and I was told it will bounce back after 42 hours since it was not successful but up today nothing. I went to the bank and I'm told to wait for another 72 hours and I'm sure this does not include weekend. This is very bad and inconvenient for me as a customer and I wouldn't advise for anyone to use this bank, yes charges are cheaper and now I understand why and it's because the service is poor.
