Useless customer support My shipment 9670207470 has been at in transit for 3weeks . Proof of payment and invoice has been submitted and I paid shipment costs AND custom fees . I put a request on the Aramex Global Shopper for reasons why shipment has not been delivered . Chumeka Yawa forwarded request (Ref: CPT\1025\728) to Justice . Justice is missing in action . NO FOLLOWUP from Chumeka . Impossible to communicate with Aramex South Africa : If you want to request further information you are not allowed to do it - you are actually BLOCKED Your local contact information is ONLY the STREET address of Aramex in major centres There is NO CONTACT NUMBER and you only receivr NO REPLY EMAILS . TERRIBLE SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COST Terrible customer service . Avoid them .I shall report them also to Amazon.com Fortunately Amazon .uk give you the option to rather use DHL or UPS .
I have been using Aramex Global Shopper for many years . Service has deteriorated rapidly the past year . You load invoices online on your Aramex Global Shopper profile and have auto payment on your unlimited credit card on your profile . Continuously they re request invoices and do not use auto payment facility . This slows down all your shipments at Aramex RSA and not at customs ,because they fail to submit invoices and make payments to customs ,that is already available to them online Aramex in the USA has also slowed down compared to the UK and Germany . Bulelekwa is not answering your questions and just close customer service support,without solving the problem . She needs proper training

Poor ,no customer client service . They suspended my account for no reason . First said it was by “mistake “ then it was an “error” No explanation forthcoming .They refer all problems to the seller . Impossible to contact them by email . Only computer answers ,no human being available for communication They do not take any responsibility for anything You are left on your own . I am used to excellent service at Amazon and Takelot
Poor dishonest delivery service . Ordered KFC for R515 + tip of R51.50 Food was never delivered. Marack says he was at my house ,although they cannot confirm to me that he was at the address on my Uber profile .He says nobody answered the working doorbell ( 3 people were at home) He says he phoned me - my iphone records reveal no evidence of a missed call .They can not explain what they did wit the so called undelivered food .No visual proof of food left at my address . Food was never delivered and no account is given of what happened to the so called undelivered food of R 566.50 They refuse any refund ,calling me a liar .Mr Delivery will put a nail in their coffin Uber eats agent N Iqabal
After my previous very negative review ,they did come back to me .They will send me a voucher for the damaged goods an is going to change their courier, who damaged the parcel ++++
Package damaged +++ Poor packaging and zero customer service. I sent them pictures of package . Bag of cheese snacks was ripped open and dispersed and crushed throughput the whole box . They had a special on Fanta Strawberry tins 1 for the price of 2 . Tins were actually leaking. They just ignore your request for solving the losses you suffered.. Avoid at all cost ,especially their specials. See two other independant reviews with the same problem since January 2022
