EXELLENT KING PRICE SERVICE. #Charlene Preller
Never have i had such a pleasurable experience from any insurance company compared to king price. the superb service given, i was served by a lady named Charlene Preller, i felt as if i was her only client, the feedback and the follow ups and effort to insure that i get served, to insure i put my claim in , so she can assist me with in 2-3 working days. never seen any other insurance company do that. she made me believe there is always a way for king price to help. truly believe king price is for the people!!! and not for their own pockets. they truly want to help in anyway they can. once again i would like to thank Charlene Preller , for such excellent service. keep it up, you restore my faith in at least 1 insurance company, king price.

Alex , is great to work with, gets firm and steady replies regarding the issues at hand. Service is top notch. Just waiting on the actual problem regarding the bank to be resolved, waiting on the bank. But either than that, happy with the service of Alex as an individual and service.

DPD horrible service!
Expecting delivery whole day phones are on, delivery could be complete because they couldn't get hold of me, spoke to the security at the gate states yes they were here with the correct unit number but were looking for John Jones and that's not me !!!!! They have been calling the wrong guy for my ****en parcel! And it takes an hour to get hold of a representative!!! And they don't give a ****, all they say is they will send complaint to head office, nothing to solve or a solution about my actual parcel!!!!!

Greenpark lifestyle estate is the worste to live in.
Absolutely **********, don't ever buy a place there, an absolute prison, can't have a chair or a braai stand on your own balcony, curtains have to b a certain colour, and mind you this is my place that I have purchased! You get fined left right and centre! Don't let the appearance fool you! The building quality is ****! Ceiling collapse, walls cracked and don't let me start about the electricity! It's a dictatorship in there! Constantly picked on. Stay away guys trust me on this, the turn over on residents is insane, it's a nightmare.

Standard bank is hacked!!!!
Ok, now I'm extremely ****ed with standard bank this is the 3rd time my account it's being compromised. Any one with standard bank app, I dare u to go in your app, press a transaction any passed transaction, there is a query number standardbank gives u to call! It's a 0860123108 number, the ****en thing asks you for your card number and your atm pin!!! Whaaat in the actual ****!!! Money is going off my account, all they say is we have to stop your card! 5to7 working days , my card is ****en 3 weeks old now I have to get another one!!!! My advise to the community is don't bank with standard bank, they were good yes, now I. Sure I child can go through their security systems, money that is yours that is going out your account, there's **** all you can do to get it back !money just flies out , I'm sure capitec is better then this and they new! Absolutely appalled! Cancel standard bank, Im Sure it's a ****en syndicate!

Useless standard bank
My rate is less than the star, no body works in the standard bank insurance department, old mutual and I have been trying to get hold of the department for a week!!!!!!!! Standard is getting worse then Absa. Ul be transfered to different department n be on hold for an hour at a time! But when it's time to ****en deduct they number 1!!!!! Unfortunately I did not get reference , as I'm typing this I'm actually still on hold!!
