I recently shopped at value at Baywest and when I was leaving the store I noticed a white couple in front of me leaving as well. There was a white security standing at the door and they had a few parcels needless to say he let them pass .As a non white I was offended when my family and i were stopped with one packet to check the receipt. Guess some people will never change .very 😔 sad
Hi I recently canceled my rain subscription and paid the months fees and then was then debited the following month again. I sent emails and am receiving no response
I was at Game Baywest in P.E I was treated so rudely and my son as well by Siviwe Stemele the cashier. She was shouting at my son and was very sarcastic with me. It will make me think twice about going there again.
My nephew was assaulted by a fellow student which was recorded by other students. When it was reported to the principal he didn't want to discipline the offender for some reason they just spoke to him. Maybe he was friends with the boys parents cause he refused to do anything about the situation even though the police was involved. Sad to see how our education system is going down the drain.
I recently wanted to end an old contract that I had with vodacom but was convinced to try a new package but with it was said that I have a 14 day cooling off period if I changed my mind but when I contacted vodacom to cancel that plan within the 14 day cooling off period it was said that the contract was finalized already and that the person that helped me was working from home which made it difficult to deal with the problem so it had to be escalated and that they would get back to me within a few days but 2 weeks later still nothing and am being billed accordingly. So now I don't know what to do anymore and this is not the first issue I had like this with vidacom.
Today I went to spur at Baywest mall and the service was very bad. We waited about 20 min for someone to take our order and we had to ask repeatedly for someone to take our order. Then they had to retake our order and my wifes food was cold. We waited another 10 -15 min to get the bill that we had to go to the front desk to pay Very disappointed !
Hi I recently took my daughter to Dr Quanita Salie at Medicross linton grange and was very shocked at the treatment we received. She was rushing us on and said she can only treat one problem and if there's something else wrong with my daughter then we have to make another appointment or see another doctor and didn't want to listen to my daughter's other symptoms. I guess there are a few doctors out there that actually wants to help people and others see patients as dollar signs and wants to get you out of there rooms as soon as possible. So sad.
I posted some time ago about vodacom and a credit of about R1000 which i was incorrectly charged and was credited to my vodacom "account" and was told any future debit orders would be deducted from this balance but only about two debit orders where taken from this balance and then I was being debited as usual again and nobody can help me with this issue .I'm seriously thinking of moving over to M.T.N
I recently am experiencing alot of problems with vodacom. Recently I was wrongly charged for early cancelation fees for a contract and after months of waiting for it to be rectified I was credited that amount as a credit so my future debit orders would be deducted from that credit . It should at least of been four or five months that I should not have been debited but it only happened twice then u started being debited normally again. When I enquired the consultant couldn't seem to help me. Now I don't know anymore
I was on a contract which was expired on one of my vodacom numbers and the consultant which was helping me didn't want me to cancel which is normal so I agreed to downgrade with an agreement to receive a R500 voucher. Also too change it just to receive 100 mb of data and to lower my payments on my existing contract. He didn't explain to me that I will lose whatever benefits I had on my main no would fall away and that he would be starting a new 24 month contract on that day for my main no.he also said I have a cooling off period if I change my mind of 14 days. I didn't recieve any voucher and when I wanted to cancel the agreement before the 14 days where up it seemed that nobody could help me. To date whenever I contact that particular department I'm given a ref no every time saying that they will contact me but I'm still waiting for a call this was in August . I'm beginning to wonder should I change networks .I've been a faithful vodacom customer for more than four years if not longer.
