Am I the only one who is being discriminated against by Harcourt's Management team in KLERKSDORP? I have a good credit record I keep on applying and getting thumbs down from Adele Krugel without any valid explanation. I am starting to believe that Harcourts Management team is ******. If they are listing property that is for whites only, why don't they state that in their advert that. The is no way I can show an interest in three properties and fail to even secure one flat. There is always an excuse when one has to view because they know for sure who they are looking for.
Good day Tyme Bank South Africa is the worst bank you can ever think of. The Service is very poor, and their consultants are not well trained. In January 2025 we lost my niece. We have been trying to access his bank account ever since and the consultant are taking us back and forth. Emails were sent together with supporting documents, but to date we have not received any help. Whenever you contact the Bank the consultant would log a new call and start the case from scratch, Their service is appalling. And this is not our first case with them. In December 2024 my sister's salary (R20 000 to be precise) vanished into thin air and to date they cannot explain as to what happened to her Salary. This is just an excuse for a Bank. If you value your Money and you know what is good for you, stay away from this "so called" Bank.
Can we talk about how bad their customer service is. Can we talk about how rude the people from claims department are. Mibfa agents will send you an email requesting documents, when you reply they say you must courier the documents only for them to claim that they haven't received any documents from you. Even after providing evidence that I couriered the claims documents twice and Ntombi the receptionist has signed for those documents. they will deny until you get tired of calling them. Your calls will be transferred from one consultant to another. when you run out of airtime they will never get back to you. Winny Sibanyoni will push your things only for her to stop replying to your emails. My is taking a gap year not because he wanted to but MIFBA takes for ever to pay him, I cannot afford to pay his school fees. Can management please intervene cos this is exhausting.
Appointment system at Klerksdorp Home Affairs needs to be fixed. Can the department explain why do people have to make Appointments if they're still gonna wait on a queue? Can the department explain why a person that made an appointment have to wait for more than 2 hours just for ID or passport collection? Can the department explain why is everything so slow in Klerksdorp homeaffairs why are they giving people slots when they still have to wait for hours. What is the Management saying about this? Why is our government saying about this. There's always a problem with the system not being able sort out slots when you get inside. We make appointment because we are also work in service delivery fields. A person can not be expected to wait for more than 2 hours for a mere ID collection. And tell me why the staff members are so rude and disrespectful? Why do restrooms looks like the one from the taxi rank? This is unacceptable. This is very bad.
This people are unreliable. I switched to 121Net on the 24th of February 2024, payment was made immediately. I have been struggling ever since with connection. My phone connected for a week with a very poor signal strength, then it stopped working. when I call their agent I am being told that technicians are not on side or they can not come all the way for one person. imagine. To date I haven't heard anything from this Network company. The only time i hear from them is when I contact them. It's been a month full and I am still patiently waiting for them to send a technician.
What a nightmare. I took out a compressive car insurance cover with budget insurance then I got involved in an accident. They towed my car the very same night. My policy included a curtesy car but I have been using bolt for 14 days now. I haven't got any update from them, when I call am being told that they will get back to be. When I called claims department I was told that FARHANA Shaik has been assigned as consultant that will be handling my case. I haven't received any correspondence from Farhana and budget insurance. Day 14 I receive a call from Paint a car telling me about excess payable and betterment payable by customer. That time I haven't heard anything from Budget Insurance. No curtesy car.. No update from them
I would like to write a review about Budget Assisted by Kathoon Khan. Her service was very good and she made sure I get what I called for.
Their service is very poor. I was involved in an accident 5months ago, to date my vehicle has not been repaired. They are very quick to debit our accounts but take forever to fix when they have to. When I call them they'd pretend as if they are sending a report the assessors but you'll never hear from them again.
