Usually go to the one in Rynfield and it's such a lovely spot. The food has always been good and friendly service - the prices aren't bad at all either and I can never leave without grabbing one of their fresh pastries afterwards.

Really horrible experience, even after cancelling and getting fiber via a different provider, it was a hassle. It took them FOUR MONTHS to come and fetch their router from us, and kept claiming they 'couldn't find the address' even though it's the same place they delivered it the first time. We never had signal ever, they never get back to you, they can't even make an effort to get their own router back from you successfully. Spare yourself.
Meyerton Branch - The food is good don't get me wrong, but to say I was completely put off after finding a fly drowning in my chicken salad's dressing under all the lettuce when I mixed it together is a massive understatement. I scooped it up with my fork and I has horrified when it started moving around and I threw it on the floor and called them and asked for a refund, and to collect my coke that I paid for and never got when I picked up the order. The cashier told me I was supposed to leave the fly in the food, even though I took the salad and dressing back to them without touching it again after the incident - is it just me that thinks leaving the fly in the food 'for them to see' is absolutely disgusting?? I wasn't going to leave it in there and watch in drown for hours before I could leave work and get the refund? The lady was very rude and rolled her eyes back when she handed me the cash. Like I said, the food's good but I'm not so sure about the sanitary condition of the kitchens.
Terrible experience with agent Michael Venter, who went out of his way to call back to swear and humiliate us after canceling a viewing because he 'had a golf day' despite the arrangement being made for days and not letting anyone know he will be unavailable - while sounding intoxicated over the call. This was not a mistake made on our side, but it was taken out on us at potential tenants? Do your job right. It's not my responsibility to call an agent an hour beforehand to remind THEM of a viewing arrangement made. 100% would not recommend trying to get anything done through ZA Prop.
Just, no. I have been waiting for my package for three weeks, and it's just been sitting in JNB according to the tracking nr. Then when I call to follow up on my package I'm told it was coming in from Durban and was involved in a hijacking? But it's been in Waverley, JNB for the last two weeks?? Customer service does not exist here, I got put through to several different people, none of which could tell me where my package is or when it will be delivered. Hijacking or not, I expect a replacement, and more importantly, I expect to be INFORMED when my package has been lost/ damaged/ stolen.
Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered a new line and they activated the wrong existing line, took them a week and a half to correct it and they did not install the new router. It's been three weeks and my router still hasn't been delivered with no communication from them?? I can't get through to anyone that can actually assist me, I've been on hold for hours, I just get redirected. Absolutely pathetic. Can't even cancel it because I can't get through to anybody. Save yourself the trouble, use a different provider.
