I disputed a judgement on my credit profile in January and submitted proof of payment and paid up letter on 15 April 2026, I was informed that the dispute would be resolved with 5 working days and until now the judgement has not been removed from my profile, everytime i try and make a follow up, I get told that the matter is being escelate and the would be resolved within 48 working hours. It's really frustrating because it's impeding me from getting credit
My long term loan was paid up with mafori finance on the 11 of March, I sent my paid up letters and proof of payments yet the installment went off from my March salary, I enquired with on of their agents and I was told that loan would be paid up upon receiving the payment schedule from my employer, meanwhile I took a new loan with them on 30 March. On the 7th of April i made a follow up with them again and I was told that the refund would be paid in 48 hours, a week went by and i made another follow this is where I was informed that the refund would be used as my first installment. I refuses because that was not the arrangement and I told them this would then mean that they won't deduct for April which they said they will. My problem is that Mafori finance exploits the workers of Mangaung under the pretence of assisting them..

This is the second I write a review for DMC I have two account that were handed over to them the one is for payjustnow which I have already paid with Nimble but it's still showing on my profile with the full balance I spoke to DMC and they promised to have it removed it 7 days and to date nothing has been done, the truworths account is also paid in full but nothing has been done I spoke to a lady/gentlemen by the name Ayabonga where she sent me a message informing me that i she cannot assist because PayJustNow has been withdrawn from their company I'm being sent from Pilar to post and in the meantime I'm suffering because both accounts are listed as adverse of my profile which has a negative impact of my credit score
Had a PayJustNow account that was handed h er to Nimble and paid up in September of 2024, received a call about a month ago from DMC informing me that they bought the account, I told them the account was settled yet they still went ahead and listed the account on my ITC profile.
Their service is appalling to say the least, I called them to request settlement letters for 2 of my accounts that were handed over, i was told that their emails goes through a verification process before it reaches the recipient, I’ve waiting to this today after having spoken to 2 people including their WhatsApp self service portal, which I find to beinefficient!!!!
