Worst service ever demotivating children,app**** in May still we don't know if our kids are placed or not when you go there you are not allowed in and when you send an email to inquire they don't respond when they do they just say waight.
I went to Standard bank Springs Branch and the service was horrible I spent two hours at the branch and left without getting the card I went last week they did not have electricity which was not a problem but what happened there today did not show any integrity which is part of their code to have integrity ,some clients who had no disabilities but people of colour are greeted with respect and put first in line while we sitting there for over an hour is not fair which is also part of their code and when I raised that concern they did not take accountability, but was told I can choose where I want to sit even after I explained that we were allocayes where to sit and since gentleman waa there for the samw service as I was why must he be put in front when he juat got there the lady was juat rude so maybe STD should rwlook their code.I was really disappointed. I don't have millions like their preferred clients but I also deserve same respect and service.Some of the clients were complaining about incidents that happened last week Our Code guides us to act honestly, fairly and with integrity, to take accountability for our decisions, and to have due care and consideration for the impact of our actions and decisions on others.
ai tried to call on air again but the line just rings for billing,I need the money debited to be refunded back to me because my contract ended in December
this the worst company,they debuted my account without my permission I don't have a contract with them,my contract with them ended in December and ut wasR 69 .00 and they have been calling me to upgrade the decoder and just because am not interested on Monday a debit order went of my account of R79.00 that is fraud
My account has been reflecting arrears and payment was made for the area amount and normal instalment for the month,Presley sent my account to credit bereu the same day I made a payment and I have asked for a statement to show all the transactions and have not received it
