I have never been so disappointed in a car dealership like CMH Citroen Boksburg (East rand) . As a customer I feel like I am being taken as a joke and will never set a foot again there ever. I regret bringing business to that dealership because I don't feel valued. I enquired about my car keys on 12 November 2024 to be programmed so that my car can lock using the remote, and was told that I have to wait for it to be shipped. I paid. I waited for 4 months before threatening to refund in February 2025 because nobody calls me, and I must always do a follow up. Eventually I was attended to, and my car was booked in for the 6th of February 2025. Only then action was taken. I'm still taken for a ride and regret setting a foot in that dealership. When I took my car for a service I paid the money in full. I called on Friday the 28th of March 2025 to ask about the progress of my car and was told that I can come fetch it on Saturday the 29th 2025. They claimed it was ready. I get there to find that not everything was done. I argued that how can I take a car that is not yet complete. How can a customer leave the dealership with an incomplete car. If this is how customers are being treated, then I wish no other customer can experience such incompetency. A lady employed there failed to explain why I was taken for a ride, and why am I there to collect my car if it is not complete. She showed lack of customer service. When I take a look at my car seats, they look filthy! I regret bringing my car to that dealership and wish others can choose another dealership other than that one. I'm so disappointed. Poor service!
I am receiving the worst customer service from Hyundai Weltevreden Park. I do not understand how they operate, and they lack communication with the customer. I visited the dealership multiple times. Firstly I was called to sign papers regarding my vehicle warranty. I head over to the branch only to find out that the paper work is in order but I can bring my two front seats in for repairs. I was disappointed that they could've simply told me this over the phone. I was told to bring my two front seats in for repairs, and I went to the dealership again. It was not communicated that it might take 2 days or more. If I knew I could've properly organized myself transport to go to work and back. I left again very unhappy because I needed my vehicle for the rest of the week. I set a date for the third time now, and go on Monday 10 February 2025, and left my car there. I then received a call saying that only one seat can be done, as the driver's seat was the wrong seat cover. I then ask that this obviously means that it's a one day job and ask if I can come collect it, and they confirmed yes. I go to the branch later on around 16:30 pm, and found my car not done. I then asked that why was I told that in the afternoon my car will be done only to find that the front passenger seat is not even in the vehicle. I was not even told anything. I left with my vehicle like that and was told that I could leave my vehicle, and I refused. This is the worst customer service I've experienced, and I believe that the branch lacks basics such as communicating. I honestly feel insulted and never want to set foot in that branch once my seats are done.
I'm disappointed in Telkom. I don't know whether they want to crook their customers or are taking their chances. I made a payment for December as usual, and suddenly hear that I owe them over R 300. I asked what's the amount for because I'm on track with my payment, they said that they tried to debit money but couldn't find money. I did not even get that notification from my banking app and smses. I really think that they are taking their chances. My ID number is 9809235146086, cell phone number is 0781405858. I can prove that Telkom did not attempt to take money through my banking statement. I am not enjoying this contract. 👎🏽
I'm so disappointed at the quality MTN is producing. After agreeing to make a payment on the 7th of January, which I did make a payment and have the receipt for, my services are off and I can't make calls nor use my phone. I am not happy and would like to escalate the matter.
I have never experienced a good encounter with iWyze. I have made calls and sent emails regarding my R9400 excess amount, which I have paid out for but nobody has given me answers. I have even made up my mind to escalate matter because playing nice will not help
I am really disappointed in iWyze. That company never stops in disappointing me week in week out. I first had to complain on Hellopeter.com for my claim to be approved a month after my accident after no communication. I received my car after 2 months of the accident and my car parts were still not in good condition. They said that on the quote that the whole repair will cost R 33 000. I paid an excess fee of R9400. My window was still not fixed. My bumper still has a crack. I am very dissatisfied and feel like I wasted my time and money. I was not given any courtesy for the inconvenience of the 2 months, and I was told to bring my car again for another repair. Must I still use my own money to get to work and back after paying the excess money? Am I even being considered as their customer. I feel like they should pull up their socks. I need to be convinced to stay otherwise I might as well start looking for better insurance. I think I should visit the Ombudsman and see what they have to say because I am fed up of this experience.
Good day I am a victim of fraud and I am so upset with what CAPFIN has done, and their processes, as they have totally disregarded my rights and are currently jeopardizing my future with threats saying that they will hand me over to the credit bureau. They have failed me than once to provide me with proof that it was I indeed who took the loan. I feel like they claim that I took a loan, and suddenly want their money with interest. I would like recordings of their conversations they claim they had with me, the details of the person who took the loan, and their fraud teams investigation findings. I am not happy that I fell victim to scammers, who are threatening me daily. It's called harassment. Capfin is not a ligit company because this shows that anybody can rip them off. I have a membership with Scorpion Legal Protection, Claim number 01110037. They still have not responded to both Scorpion and I. I am fed up and expect a result where my credit history will not be jeopardized.
Very bad customer service. I was involved in an accident on 11 April 2022, and received a call the next day asking for me to sign a consent form. I did that. Then, that was the last day I ever received communication from the. No answered emails, nor calls. By the time my vehicle is fixed Neo Mokhele and Lungile Tshabalala will receive a fat Zero out of 10. Absolutely bad service, and the worst first time experience. I doubt I'll ever recruit somebody to join iwyze. Absolutely upset.
