I was directed viathe website to use the WhatsApp line for queries regarding parts availability and pricing. Unfortunately, it took an entire day to acknowledge my initial query. After providing the requested information to your representative, I had to follow up repeatedly over the course of two days, yet I have still not received a response.
@Edgars Greenstone do you guys as a general practice never answer your phones? @Edgars Online thanks for the continuous feedback but I don't understand how it takes more than three days to get a size guide for an item as simple as a belt.
I submitted the below request on the help centre tab online and I have still not received a resolution. Next day delivery is a joke and the customer help centre even more so. "1. I placed an order for next day delivery which was supposed to arrive 29 July. I received a message stating that there are insufficient delivery address details and that someone would call me. delivery address has now been changed to today (30 June) and I have not received a call? 2. When will I be refunded the "next day delivery" amount?"

Seriously, your internal communication and service are both ****. First, you tell me my order is cancelled because of either no stock or no response from the supplier (get your BS story straight). Now, I get a call from the supplier saying the courier will deliver soon. At first, I thought it might just be bad luck that so much could go wrong with one purchase, but it's clear now you guys have no idea what you're doing.
Placed an order and was notified of a delivery date. Spent the whole day at delivery location to facilitate the delivery, and received no communication regarding any delay etc. Product is still not delivered 2 days post delivery date. ****py service.
In all the years I have been using Takealot, I have never encountered an issue until approximately three weeks ago. The item I received was completely the incorrect brand. I processed the return, and the item was eventually collected, but it appears the collection department is not aligned with customer arrangements. Despite scheduling a specific collection date, they rescheduled without confirmation. Subsequently, I received the supposedly correct package again, but to my dismay, the same incorrect product was delivered. Additionally, there has been no response to my product review indicating the product was incorrectly advertised.
Terrible service and communication. More than a month without response to mails or calls and unable to resolve a simple matter on their part like incorrect sizing.
