Mr Price Home Centurion Lifestyle Centre. Normally i go with pleasure to the Mr Price Home stores. That one was very underwhelming. It looked as if they would shut down the store soon. The shelfes half empty, no proper pricing. 10 Employees behind the till, chatting... laughing with each other.... bags with cash money on the counter.... but only 1 till was open. All together very unprofessional and bad managed.
I tried to call Mix Telematics for a test of my units. Callcenter not possible, no answer for 30 minutes. I wrote an email to 'customercare@mixtelematics.com' Fortunately they responded to say that everything is in order. I asked than for a certificate for the insurance as I received the last year. No answer to 3 emails. Is that customerservice?? I think not... if this company is also so neglectance if a car is ******..... wow.... unbelievable!!!!
They closed my ticket, but didnt fix the problem. When we called the hotline, a consultant (very rude and spoke over us) explained to us that it is not their fault, that we are having connectivity problems as we are having on our plot to many extenders. I tried to explain that my computer is with cable connected to the Vodacom Router but there is nothing coming in. How can the Wifi extender be the problem when nothing is coming in?? This problem is now for weeks and Vodacom doesnt care to fix it. They say that they will allocate a technician but no-body contacted us. They close a ticket, where the problem is not resolved and than they are done.
11.04.2025 we first logged a query that the fibre connection is not working proper. On and off the whole time, not stable. Since then we received several reference numbers ... they close the former reference numbers and give you a new one for the same issue. It is getting never resolved but they tell you that they phoned and you said that everything is fine. It is unbelievable how they treat customers!!!!!! Lying about, that they phoned you back....lying about that the customer said that everything is in order...... cover up with giving again and again new reference numbers.......
Vodacom Fibre basically works well, but if there are problems.... not nice to deal with.... We are experiencing connectivity problem since weeks..... I have several reference numbers, but nobody is helping. It is getting worse by day with on and off of the connectivity. The thing we heard from Vodacom first was, we have to try with our Vodacom Reference number to contact Metrofibre. They refused to check, as it is a Vodacom number... everytime we phone Vodacom we are hearing another story..... - we escalate it to the supervisor.... - we think over the holidays Metrofibre is getting lazy and not following up the issue..... - Metrofibre is not answering us ....,. - I am escalating to the branch manager..... These are all the excuses we are hearing, but there is no solution. Very poor service!!!!!
We have 5 Defy Fridges Model C320 which all are leaking gas. I am a refrigerator engineer. I have opened the back, covered in polyurethane and could find the suction pipe with holes. This is a manufacturing fault. They used the wrong pipe material which will corrode after the guarantee period and leaks on different places. I wrote this to the service department - 'service@defy.co.za', but no response whatsoever!! What a bad service!!!!
Soon or later DSTV Multichoiche will not have anymore Customers. The prices for DSTV - Premium is now 12.048 Rand per Year incl. Showmax. But your Decoder will not play Showmax anymore. You should buy a new one. But no worries, you can watch on your PC or Tablet or Cellphone. Thats what they say. I wish it would be true. DSTV cannot figure out or be helpful why the play on the Cell phone is not working. It was, but not anymore.... After 45 minutes with a consultant I gave up.... not that she was not helpful .... she was not listening what I said and speaking over me. I had to explain the same issues several times. Very frustrating and not worth the money....
To make a reservation it takes to be a Saint. Unprofessional, unhelpful staff are spoiling the good food and experience. They obviously don't need the money. I will not support them to be treated so unprofessional.
We made a roundtrip thoughts Krüger National Park and Manbungubwe. The camp vhembe was in an unbelievably bad shape. No water, the huts not functional etc. Also the camp sites in Krugerpark need more attention. As we are regulars we can see that over the years no maintenance had been done.
