MTN is the bane of my existence! Yet again, I cannot receive or make calls and customer service doesn’t know why this is the case (if you as the service provider don’t know, who is supposed to know?). This company needs to shut down and start again. Useless. At this point I blame myself because why am I still with MTN?
Do not agree to anything they offer you over the phone. Lies, lies and more lies. You’ll find yourself in a new contract paying extra amounts you didn’t agree on. Reversing it is a nightmare
Zero stars really Customer care (both on the phone and via email) are borderline useless and don’t read queries properly. I queried why the amount for an online order was doubled when I received the confirmation via email. Instead the consultant (having the question right in front of them) starts telling me about delivery options and ends with “We trust you find the above in order” - No Khetiwe! It’s not in order. The M in MTN must stand for Madness because what is this ?????
Does anything in this country work? You can’t even hold network providers accountable because it’s not in your jurisdiction? What is your jurisdiction then?
MTN IS TRASH TRASH TRASH. Over a month and I still can’t receive calls or sms’. But they don’t stop to debit my account. It’s a basic service - receive calls and receive sms’. Why is that so hard to achieve? I’ve been given the run around for so long and still no resolution. When someone calls me it just says “this number is not on the MTN network” Pathetic. I hate it here !
Wi-Fi just stops connecting randomly for hours at time at least once a month. If you can get something better, please do.
The food is so good and the restaurant is aesthetically pleasing. One of my favourite spots in Johannesburg. Waiters are always friendly and Robyn at the front desk always helpful.
The sixty60 app is easy to use and delivery time is unmatched. Had an issue with an item so I called the help line to fix it before they delivered and they provided me with a solution. Happy customer
Communication is not the best but I received my products. Just don’t be in a rush. If they took themselves a bit more seriously they’d thrive because they have a good collection of products.
