Installed a unit on my wife's car and it malfunctions,we call and they want to charge us to fix the unit,after a run around, suddenly the contract is about to expire,they suddenly offer to replace it for free!!! now its malfunctioning and they want us to pay AGAIN!!! Why does it keep malfunctioning??? They want us to move to another pakage thus pay more money for something that we already know is going to malfunction. You are running a shadey operation and what worries me most is the fact that its a female owned car but we get such unreliability and attitude from the consultant!!!

Only then wait for 5 working years.
I asked for my account to be downgraded and twice they say they've called but did not and in fact send emails saying they're unable to get to me,to which i reply with the my current number(when selling me products they call me through the very number,but when losing money through a downgrade they suddenly cant reach me)they again delayed a second time after me complaining and debited on the current account schedule meaning FNB is intentionally delaying so they can make more money from me.JOIN FNB AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
I cancelled my subscription on june 24th and they promised they wouldn't debit(proof of screen shots)for june but to my surprise they've debited and they've disconnected their services no wonder their business is plunging so hard...I want a full refund.
I went to a branch to downgrade my account but to my surprise i was told a request has been put in and they'll call me... fastforward a few days later ii get a notification that they've closed my request because they tried calling me and im not answering my phone but they never called.End of the month is nearing and it looks like they gonna charge me from the current account which i requested to downgraded.IS THIS INTENTIONAL TO MAKE MORE MONEY FROM ME BY DELAYING?
Disgusting service!!!!with my wife's pregnancy we constantly have to call to get them to do their job.claiming for refunds means you have to call 1 million times for the same result(no payment)they keep postponing payments and every week you have to call!NOW AFTER PROMISING MY WIFE IS ON THE MATERNITY PROGRAM,WE GET TOLD BY THE GYNAE THAT SHE'S NOT AND THEY TOO ARE STRUGGLING TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE MEDICAL AID.COMPLETELY FUTILE MEDICAL AID
MTN charged me even though I was not using their data,they were also not loading data for me,got arrears that were handed over to the lawyers,i will never open a contract with MTN again.
Lack of communication and my parcel keeps moving to Witbank and from Nelspruit, absolutely no communication unless i use their WhatsApp line and even there they lie and say my parcel is coming today when its not.
Iv had rain for a couple months now but the past month it has been a nightmare!!!iv called and been asked to move it closer to a window but it still buffers like crazy,i cant even watch anything on youtube without buffering!!! distasteful.
I've banked with FNB for about 10 years(I have an excellent credit score).bought a car with Wesbank(last installment November 2023), payed off 2 devices with them,credit card, revolving loan YET THEY CHARGED ME MAXIMUM 29% for a personal loan yet I've been with them for so long but they don't care!!!no customer benefit of the doubt!!! I'm changing bank's they don't value customers .
