Capitec bank Tsolo branch it's worst bank ever. I emailed Funeral claim documents on 07 May 2025. The branch did not confirm and never processed the claim. Wednesday my sister went to Capitec bank Philippi Plaza request the bank to send the documents to Tsolo branch. The branch called Tsolo branch and confirmed on receiving the documents. Today my eldest sister went to Tsolo branch to find out on claim money. The branch manager said they never processed the claim. I asked the time frame he said 5 days or more. On Monday the sms will be sent to client. The carelessness, I'll responsible, negliance of Tsolo branch staff my eldest sister did not receive her money, yet she needs to pay Funeral debts. Truly speaking they do not care and they do not read emails and respond. The return taxi fee cost R70 to town, this bank does not deserve to be called financial institution I hope RMI investigate and find a solution to Capitec bad customer service.
I've purchased smart of Saturday at Makro online with free online purchase delivery. According to the courier company, they do not deliver in certain areas at Ceres and Makro is aware of the agreement/ terms and conditions. My rating 1 star, the online store has bad customer service, no proper and clear communication, the management and staff did not want to address and resolve the problem. The worst part was when the consultant Tina transferred my call to the courier company, the was no need to transfer my call because I did not purchase the smart tv with courier company and do not have any agreement with courier company. Makro has the worst service, the is no honesty and loyalty in the staff and management. They are not cable of rendering excellent-good customer service.
Municipality closed the water in Eersterivier, Heather Park twice on 11 September from 14:00 in the afternoon until 20:00. Today 17 September the water was closed from 10:00 until 21:00. No communication emails, sms was sent. I had to ask my neighbour's. The CoCT clean audit municipality should send message to people on time in order to prepare. The same communication sent to the people regarding water bill sms and email. It is the same method that reach out to people. Pls share with CoCT municipality
These are the worst debt counsellors, ****mers and ****s. They do not return calls. I have been requesting a consultant and phone recordings from them. NCR must investigate this debt counsellor, all they are interested in is putting people blacklisted/ flagged and debt money to cover themselves. The contact number they use is 021 054 0175 and have a new name according to the bank its Finance DS. Hello Peter make them trend because they are not reliable.
My husband ordered a pizza at Debonairs in Eersterivier shopping centreprepared and delivered the worst pizza. It was just a messy, unorganized and not prepared well pizza. The kids did not even ate the . All my money went to the bin. The whole pizza was covered with sauce and had dough only. I have the pictures I would like to share with the management.
Eskom does not care as long the country is living in the dark they have done a great job. Circle Street, Heather Park Eersterivier has no power/electricity since yesterday 21 November 00:00 due to damaged kiosk box that was not sealed properly by Eskom Technicians. An old kiosk box that Eskom Technicians keeps on repairing when ever we had power outrages/breakdown. Saving money to fix the problems that they have created. It rained last night and the cables were affected because the kiosk it's not locked and unsafe to the children. As a community we all logged a call on Alfred chat box and we are waiting for Eskom in the dark while our children are written exams. Eskom Technicians saw the condition of kiosk box with cables and left it as it is. why they did not return with a new kiosk box and replace the old kiosk.
The municipality has decided to switch off water for me and my family. We do not have water from Tuesday 21 November 2023, 17:30. The municipality has taken away our basic right and life because water is life. How can a person survive without water. Every month I pay for the water. The was no communication sent to me regarding the water

Never, never and never buy a flight ticket from this travel agent called flight network. I bought a flight ticket on 16 February 2022 for the 16 March 2022. The airline cancelled all flights and process the refunds. I have requested my refund from flight network from last year (2022), the travel agent sent an email requesting my bank account confirmation letter in order to process the refund. I did not receive the refund, I kept calling even now the travel agent keeps on saying its in the process. They are ****, ******* benefiting wealth from people. A refund does not take 6-8 months or year. They do not deserve support because they are dishonest and not committed to service customers.
I did not receive my refund from Comair, I sent numerous emails no one responded.
