Nomthandazo Nkuna from MTN called regarding an upgrade for my contract. She did not respond immediately as she requested documents from me. I only received an email from her5 days after the first call. My contract was send to me. I never gave her permission to share my information for direct marketing, personalised offers, promotions or any other such as competitions. You violated my privacy and did not protect me as a loyal MTN customer. I did send you an email 30 November 2023 with no response up to date.
