Bad customer service
Worst customer service. I have been waiting 6 weeks for cancellation of contract. Every time the customer service agent tells me that they will escalate the case. Nothing, no call back after several service tickets was created. Very disappointed in the Rain service and customer team.

Violating my privacy and protecting my information.
Nomthandazo Nkuna from MTN called regarding an upgrade for my contract. She did not respond immediately as she requested documents from me. I only received an email from her5 days after the first call. My contract was send to me. I never gave her permission to share my information for direct marketing, personalised offers, promotions or any other such as competitions. You violated my privacy and did not protect me as a loyal MTN customer. I did send you an email 30 November 2023 with no response up to date.
