NISSAN SA, please speak to your colleagues in Namibia. Their service is PATHETIC!!!! After asking and mailing the sales person, he promised to come back to me - now 3 weeks later, NO feedback! Also mailed the Sales Manager in Whk, never came back to me! Now I am looking at other makes and extremely upset as I cannot buy my dream car due to poor staff and management!
Not a trustworthy company due to vehicles not being 100% and in good condition. Also deducting money from your deposit as they see fit, for example deducted R700 "exchange fee" for a vehicle I took back that was NOT licensed! I was never informed when I took the car, only pick it up when I wanted to enter a complex and security refused me as the car license expired 6 months ago, and after I had occured costs driving from Cpt to Malmesbury to exchange! NOT ON!!!!!
They first promise you the world and give you examples of good ratings. But once they "complete" their part, only then you realize they did NOT complete or do what they promised to do. Now SIX months after I have paid and they did not clear my name at all suppliers as promised! And now they refuse to assist as my case has been closed off! As per a remark form another client, they send you link to give a good rating but I need to retract that as he did!
After I have been cleared from being under debt review, costing me R7k to clear my name, I have send the LEGAL from stating this to ABSA credit department. Up to date they refuse to take off the "debt review notice" from my credit card account - which I have been paying myself over the past 4 months and are UP TO DATE!!!!!! Even the bank personnel at Bayside agreed that notice should be off!! I am SO FEDUP with ABSA that do as they like and ignoring a court ruling!!!!!!!!!!!

Scammers! Company is not registered, email does not work and ask for deposit payment on vehicles before it goes on auction.
This is extremely frustrating not to see any email address to make contact with Amazon SA team to assist me. Phone line just ringing. I have my login details, but cannot login as an sms is send to cell number. My cell number changed and I cannot login to change, SO frustrating! Please assist me: yzahn@icloud.com
