Don't pay valid claims after giving claim number. Worst gap cover ever. I would recommend them to my worst enemy. I have ended up being blacklisted and handed over due to their incompetence and inability to timeously handle claims and make the payments required.
Unhelpful and none contactable. Cut my services for no reason and are refusing to assist, but cutt my services
The worst experience in my life. I have had 3 geysers from this supplier in less months. His workmanship is shoddy and aftersale support is none existent. He ignores calls to report issues, but is very fast take full payment upfront.
This is the 3rd month they have taken a double deduction on my loan, after confirming on 2 separate occasions that the second debicheck has been cancelled. They then make me wait 22 days for the money to be refunded for a mistake they have made. If it isn't sorted out and my refund done immediately I am going to the ombudsman and the media.
Tube worst WiFi service provider ever created. They gave ****** R499 from me.
Miway has always assisted me in the most effective and professional manner and has always tried their best to meet any request. Their service is huge 5 out of 5. Keep it up guys....
I have paid every month. They disconnected me on the 17 July 2023, after taking my payment on the 24 June 2023. They then took another payment in the 24 July 2023, after I had been strung along and **** to by very rude useless customer care services. I then on the 25 July 2023, requested my service be terminated with immediate effect. They then told me it will take a month to disconnect me, they will put a request in. I then told them I am not paying another cent to Rain, for service I do not receive, I want it disconnected now, otherwise I am paying for everyday the connection is there. They are just plain refusing to assist with anything. I have never in my life had or seen such bad service. This company is *****ing people's money, it is atrocious and they should be reported.
I placed and paid for my order on the 11th May 2022. It was then loaded on my account and I was notified my package would be delivered on the 14th May 2022 by Fast n Furious. Needless to say the package was not delivered and after numerous request for feedback tickets being logged and phone calls, it has still not been delivered. We are now on the 28th May 2022. All calls were made by me, costing an absolute fortune in airtime, 3 new delivery dates were given in this period, and the package was still not delivered. To date takealot have not come back to me with a reasonable solution for the problem. They were quick to take the money for the order, but do not seem focused or dedicated to sort out a problem when it occurs. I am now down my order, my money for the product and hundreds of rands in airtime, with still no viable solution on the table. How does this add up to good customer service and quick turn around. As far as I am concerned, I should receive my product and a full refund to cover costs of trying to get answers out of them for a problem on their side with their transport company.
