I bought the Rainbow Chicken strips what was on special in checkers. I made a purchase in December and the crumbs on the strips was burnt. I always purchase and never had this issue. This was such a waste of my money and I was very disappointed, surely quality control should have picked up on this before sending out for Delivery. The crumbs were just extra brown but burnt
I have submitted a death claim and every time I get a response it takes over 10 days for a reply and they keep asking for something different. The last email I got they sent a form to complete 4 pages and then asked for supporting documents, now a whole 3 weeks later they asking for page 9 of 9 which was never received to be completed before payment. This is so frustrating now I responded and will have to wait another 3 or more weeks for a reply for them to send the form they want signed an then submit and again another wait. I called the number but it doesnt go through, Terrible service
Hollywood disconnects you from a game and then when you query they say try a different browser, Barnville has been disconnected and I have heard because people win on that scratch game they block it which is not right.
I am writing this as a formal complaint about the service I received from Verimark, Bluff Towers. I purchased a Vacuum cleaner on the 24.02.2024, The vacuum needed to be charged until the blue light went on to use it, It takes over 24 hours to charge, only to be used for less than 10 minutes. I went to them at the beginning of may they said they cannot refund. The Vacuum developed a fault shortly after purchased and as instructed by your customer service team, They would have to send it to a technician at Verimarks Warehouse ( sent 09.05.2024), since the vacuum was sent, I have not received feedback I had to call and ask them what is happening and they advised that the workshop will be in contact with us in 2 weeks. This lack of response and the delay in resolving my issue is unacceptable, I have been without a functioning vacuum for a month which has caused a significant inconvenience. Futhermore, the absence of any update or communication reflects poorly on your customer service standards. Given the circumstance I am requesting a full refund of my purchased price as stipulated under consumer protection laws. Please process this refund promptly to avoid any further inconvenience and to restore my confidence in your company I expect to receive a response to this complaint as soon as possible. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter, I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.
My son placed a bet on the lightening roulette casino and he chose the number 23 and bet 4 rand on that number. The lightening struck for 1000x and payout was only 72 rand instead of R 4000. He escalated it 48 and 24 hours ago and now knowone responds to him on the support chat on the Betway App.
I purchased a PS5 initially when takealot gave the voucher to get it at 7999 and then when we processed payment it's said error. Then takealot sent another message of a voucher drop at 2 and I purchased it for 9999 this was Monday, Tuesday we received an email to send through a copy of my id and card number within 72 hours, we sent it within 5 minutes and today not even 72 hours later I get an email that the order is cancelled, my kids were so excited and now I have to go back to them and let them down because of takealots poor service no phone call nothing just cancelled my order
I would like some advice, I sold my car to WeBuyCars on the 07.01.2022, my car was no licensed when I sold it to them so the reduced the sale amount which was fine. 29.05.2022 I was stopped at a road block and I had my kids with me because Metro was checking for outstanding fines. I have never received a fine before so handed my license so I could get on with my day only to be told I have 4000 rand worth of fines on my name and if a warrant was issued I would have been arrested. My kids and I were traumatized. The guy I dealt with advised me that one of the managers will call me but I must show the contract to who I am not sure and the owner of the car is responsible. However all the fines are on my name. Please help I am a single mum and not sure what do in this matter.
