SO FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO ACCESS MY BOODLE ACCOUNT. I WAS ASKED TO CHANGE MY TELEPHONE NUMBER AS I SHARED A NUMBER WITH MY PARTNER. I SUBSEQUENTLY DID THIS AND ASKED BOODLE TO CHANGE IT ON MY PROFILE ----- STILL NOTHING. NO MORE PAYMENTS TO BOODLE UNTIL I GET ACCESS TO VIEW MY ACCOUNTS AND STATEMENTS!!!!!!!!
Trying to calim debit orders 10 days before salary and then try and use all gobbly **** reasons - cost me R1000 in bank fees for returned debit orders. BANCH OF ******!!!!!!!
I have used Boodle for a couple of years and always been extremely satisfied with the service. However this week i have been unable to log into my account since Tuesday. I keep getting a message my Login ID is invalid. They keep telling me create a new profile, when i try that it says ID and email already exist. WHAT DO I DO. they will not let me speak to IT or management, and the feedback from SUPPORT is no good.
my account was blocked because i needed to update details. The app would not let me do it. Today i received a sms to say my account is active again. But i cannot do any internet banking - payments, money send nothing.
15 Days since i ordered and paid and still i wait for my product. I keep getting mails stating my parcel is on the way, but the date keeps changing. No response for a refund.
So another week and still no response from Old Mutual on where my retirement money is - 3 WEEKS AFTER APPLYING. Same response from every *********** person working the. "Thank you for providing the necessary information regarding your recent concern. I want to assure you that we are currently investigating the matter thoroughly and we will provide feedback in 1 day".
2 Weeks ago, I app**** to withdraw some funds from my annuity fund, submitted all documents and received a tax directive about 7 days ago. Yesterday I enquired when I could expect my money, as I need it and I was purely informed by mail, that they had not started the process due to a back log. This is unacceptable. I am not borrowing money; I am withdrawing money that I invested. How do I get better action!!!!
I recently app**** for credit from African Bank and was declined apparently due to affordability. 3 Days later I was called by a consultant from their credit division, and informed that it was a mistake as there was a glitch in the system and wanted to review my application on the phone, but again a glitch in the system. He would call back. When he called back, my African bank profile was locked due to verification and i had to go to a branch. I subsequently did that and account was unlocked. My profile still shows that my credit application was declined, and no further call to review. Disappointing from a bank that wants me to move my salary.
I have used boodle for a while and their service has been great, but the past3 months communication is nonexistent, their system full of glitches, their call center line does not work nor their online chat. WHAT TO DO????
I have had loans from Capfin for a few years now. Previously after I paid I was offered a "top up" or "refinance" loan. This stopped about 8 months ago. No reason, no communication. Yesterday I received a SMS asking to provide my proof of income, which I did, but then I received an SMS saying I have no loan available, so why ask for my proof of income????
