Last week I tried to make a purchase on a sports website. I was redirected to Payflex's site, input all my details, was directed to my banking app to confirm the payment and paid! Payflex received the payment as per my bank, but the merchant did not receive it on their side and I also was not redirected to the merchant's website to finish placing the order. I did not received an order number or reference. I emailed Payflex numerous times with proof that the transaction went off my account but I have stopped getting responses from them. It's been over a week now and I am frustrated as I do not have the money to place another order while I wait for this issue to be resolved. I just want my money back and don't see why I have to beg.
I would give this company zero stars if I could. I placed an order in Feb 2024 and I'm still waiting for my order. I have tried calling, I've emailed asking for a refund and have received zero responses. I want my money back! This company is a ****!!!
I agree with Belinda's review below: "The most annoying sales people ever, just don't take no for an answer. Phoned me on various occasions after which I actually did not answer anymore just to be harassed on my work phone during working hours" I have had 4 different calls from 2 different people and the last call, after explaining SO MANY TIMES that I just cannot afford this, no matter how much they're "trying to make it affordable", the sales guy asked me "what is going on there"?. As in what is going on with my finances. How damn rude is that? How is that any of his business? Could he just not accept that I cannot afford it without me having to go into my personal life of why I can't afford something. I am extremely upset by this harassment.

(#126298) I have been using Taxtim for over 5 years now and I love how simple they make filing a return. an IRP5 form can be daunting for a lot of people, especially if they are new to filing returns but they break it down so you know exactly what information you're looking for, and where to find it on the IRP5 or tax certificate. I have been, and will continue to recommend them to family and friends.
I placed an order on the the app on the 14th May and received my order with 2 items missing. I called the contact centre and was told that they would follow up and get back to me. On the 19th May I still hadn't heard back so I called in again and received a reference number - 1001130911 and was told that my stuff would be delivered soon. It's now the 7th June and I still don't have my missing items, nor have I received a follow up call, email, sms or whatsapp. This is not the first time that this has happened and when it happened previously, I received a voucher to use but my app was updated automatically so that voucher went bye bye before I got to use it. I have heard so many people complaining about this service but I had yet to experience it for myself until last month. I would like someone to get back to me and either deliver my missing items or refund me.
