My child was and is still traumatized due to The Courier Guy's not delivering my whole order of Christmas Gifts.Kacey Jeanette Bergsma handle my claim and gave me so much up hill. She told me to call Marko which I did, Makro handed over all 3 gaming headsets. I had to do so much phoning around on my expense, while getting absolutely no help from Lacey.I supp**** her with pictures and way bill slips with feedback from Makro, stating that the box with the headsets show of the 2 headsets (inside the box) and clearly marked -box 1 which Makro explained that's proof that The Courier Guy received all 3 headsets and that a 2nd box has not been delivered to me,because why would the box be marked box 1. The courier took photos of the delivery and I have requested these photos but had nothing absolutly nothing sent to me. This is a disgrace!!! What happened to customers service!!! My sons Christmas was spoiled and The Courier Guy has taken no interested in helping me to find out what has happens to my kids gift.
I was brutally attacked by 3 of you night shift staff at Victoria Hospital. I am a chronic cardiac patient and your guys felt it was ok to hit my phone out of my hand while he gave me permission to take pictures of these guys verbally harasing me. Another guy hit me from the back. Then they pulled me to and fro. I don't how i ended up on the floor but they picked me up me my hands and feet and hit me to the ground a few times. I called for help, then I blacked out. I was lying on the floor with my T-shirt torn when I came too, sweating with chest pains.my husband came running and asked what happened and why is everyone laughing at me instead of helping me. I was asking for my tablets in my bag to place under my tongue, the didnt help just laughed continously. My hasband helped me to get the tablet under my tongue. I have been bruttaly attached and abused by your. I called your 24 hour line for help but the phone was down on me several times.
R3 335.35 and your email is saying R 3 266.35...the debit returned. Marquis Finance sent me the reminder email on the 23 Nov 23 reminding me that the debit would be collected on the 30 Nov 23 the debit amount to the amount of R3266.35 , I made provision for the exact amount to be collected but on the debit day, the amount of R3 335.35 was run.... This is so infuriating. I emailed and logged more that 1 online request but no one has emailed me back or called me. I called was holding on for 30 minutes and gave up. The customer care is so bad. Treat me fairly as a customer and be open and honest with your dealing with me.

I have been having an issue with Cell C for 5 weeks now. The wrong phone was delivered to me. That phone was collected but now I have to pay for a contract for which i don't have the phone or the sim cards. I feel terribly abused by this situation.I have spent hours over the past 5 weeks phoning in to get this shorted ... but nothing...
Our internet has been down since last week Thursday. We have been in contact with Webafrica ever since. 7 days without internet is devastating. All you get from the consultants are that they don't know how long it will take for the technicians will be out. Every company has a turn around time but not Webafrica.
The worst service ever.the Fruad department dont care.no feedback. No return emails. No communication.
