The one star is because I am unable to give them zero stars. This is the most useless business we have ever dealt with. Our Bogen closed combustion fireplace has been in their hands since February 2025 to be repaired. From then up to today we still don't have the fireplace and are doubtful that HeatKing actually has the fireplace or can find it. We have had to send photos to them twice, to show them which it is and still no reply or fireplace. If you want service or a decent fireplace DO NOT USE HEATKING.
I moved all my security fro my vehicles away from Cartrack due to the utmost uselessness of ALL their departments. I have been phoned in the early morning, on Sundays and public holidays and for the test of each day for an account that I have paid. Warning: Don't pay anything on line or on their WhatsApp as nobody can find the payment and all each person who call does is ask you the same questions which you have already repeated a million times. Cancel everything that you have with Cartrack abd move to another car security company who can give you all your detaikls in one answer and is transparent.
Never ever deal with anyone supposedly representing Haseena Curtaining. It is two Indian men doing the rounds of all the businesses. We are in Sandton and I know they are active in Midrand as well. They are selling really well packaged sets of duvets which are marked over R2000. However they are in a rush and once they have got payment they move out very fast. If you have a visit from them open the pack before you pay. The goods are absolute *******, not at all what is displayed on the packaging. Size of a postage stamp for and XL sheet and fall to pieces the first time you wash them. There is no contact number on the credit card slip or on Google.
We have tried and tried to get some sort of service from iWyze Gap cover for over three months. It's impossible to speak to anyone past the receptionist who by her own admission, knows nothing except to say she will escalate the matter. Tried to speak to the manager Chade, she is in a meeting. We have been told that every day but wonder where the escalation goes to. Probably into the bin. Today we get a message to say our medical aid has been stopped!!!!!! My advice to all out there, don't use Old Mutual Gap Cover. They are closing their non existent gap cover at the end if the year and passing it over to another company. Let's hope that will be better.
We took out Gap Cover for medical expenses with iWyze about three years ago. Have never claimed up to now. We now need to claim for R15000.00 that we have been charged by a Doctor Fourie in Cape Town for the use of the radiation machine at the Oncology centre in Sandton. This expense was completely unknown to us and came as a surprise. Our medical aid did not cover this si we sent the account to iWyze gapcover. We have sent the claim in twice, tried to call them numerous times and to date we have had absolutely no feedback from them. Consequently we don't know if this has been paid. Really pathetic service, in fact its NONSERVICE!
When we first started out with Rain the service was excellent. However since moving the call centre to India the service is really bad. We have been trying to connect two sim card with two new phones that were given to the company in June. You call the call centre and are promised that someone will get back to you. If you are lucky they send an email with a reference number, but we are still unable to use the phones. Pity, they used to be so good.
I have been battling with Vox for nearly two months to change from one of their agents ,who had my account in their name, to have it put in my own name. What a nightmare! Trying to get hold if them on the phone to getting them to reply on mail. Two months later we still have no service but they now want to charge me for a non existent account and service that I have cancelled and taken else where. That service supplier had us up and running in two hours. I recommend that everyone go to RAIN. Don't use VOX!!!!!
