I app**** for fibre and the order was cancelled by them. A sales rep called me and offered me MTN LTE services saying there is no fibre in my address yet I agreed but told him that the MTN service is temporary thing I will cancel it as soon as I have fibre, as I was planning to move to a place that has fibre. I was told I cancel anytime as it a month to month service Whn I cancelled they ignored my cancellation, I talked to them requesting to cancel more then once but my services were not cancelled till date. Now that I refused to keep on paying for service I no longer use and request to cancel they saying I had to serve notice before cancellation which I believe I did because I requested to cancel 2 months ago but they ignored me
The customer service is really horrible, they never help or resolve your issue Im still waiting for help AGAiN! since 9am
The testing appointment they gave was 3pm but we were only assisted after at 4:47pm They take their own time and don’t work early during the day then when its after 3pm they start working and rush us and become rude because now they rushing to go home 🤬😡
I made payment on April 30 and it shows on their system but they still suspended my services, they say only "Mohammed" can assist me and they've asked him to call, but till now he hasn't called, every time I call in they say he's busy and there's nothing they can do Now I've missed 2 days of work because of no service I really regret signing up with them, even when you have technical issues there tech representatives never reply on whatsapp I will never recommend Vox to anyone ever

As per our conversation over the phone MetroFibre confirmed that they are not able to install Fibre to my address and that they have canceled my order They said they will update this to WEBAFRICA. Only to find that they told WEBAFRICA that an error occurred and a new order will have to be placed which is different from that they told and emailed me I made other plans now into getting Fibre for work, now I'm being told my order is still active Metrofibre is now ignoring my emails
Amateur reviewer - Hello Peter That is the name I was given for voicing out my issues that have made me almost lose my job because of a Fibre network provider. I thought this platform would be helpful but I guess not. I would start using other platforms now as Hello Peter has made me feel like a nuisance.
I would never recommend this to anyone My first experience and they made it a nightmare
The driver did not deliver my order They ddnt even call before delivery
I am out of words My installation is still not done there is a TP box in my building which everyone else is using but they are saying I can't use I need my own.
