I've been with them before, rejoined them a few months back and referred a case to them to get some assistance but to no avail. I had to follow up each time as they don't keep you informed of any progress. Even to this day I have no response on one case I needed assistance with.
As an employee who's been with the business for almost 4 years to date, howcome I still don't have access to the parking facility at the portside building. I have to come to work everyday and perform my best while not having the security of parking my vehicle safely and securely. Upper management, mid level and even lower management Has access to parking, most of which don't even use their own transport/vehicles. So is it just because I'm an agent level so it's not that important to the company? I have already received 2 parking tickets from parking my vehicle in front of the business, which I have spoken to and shown my manager both of which the company has made no effort in reimbursing me for as my manager has assured me would happen. The business called me back to office from having worked at home, I've been back in office for over 6 months again to date with still no parking access. It's the bear minimum, EXL do better.
Took out a vehicle on finance with BNA motors in 2020, I loved the car and the amount I was paying for it was good. Exactly a year after in 2021 I started receiving calls and messages from one of the sales agents who assisted me with my first vehicle, calling me about doing a trade in. At first the vehicle they offered me as part of the trade in was not one I was interested in, the mileage was too high etc etc. They got in contact with me again for a different vehicle, this one was better and was also affordable if we do a trade in. I then agreed to do the trade. As per my understanding when trading a vehicle in I would only have the new/other vehicle in my name and not walk away with having two(2) vehicles linked to my name. They set up a letter stating they would keep my original vehicle I took and that would be settled and I would only have to pay for the vehicle I upgraded to as part of the trade in. They kept my vehicle for a month, I had to constantly contact them regarding the status of the selling of the original vehicle, because at the time they advised me they would only be keeping the vehicle on their showroom floor for one month free, thereafter I would be liable to pay the old vehicle as well as the new vehicle I opted for as part of the trade in. The entire month passed and I had to collect the vehicle (old one) from them, I had to fill the tank to drive it home as I couldn't afford to pay for 2 vehicles as this was not what I signed up for when they called me for a trade in. I wasn't sure how I could take it forward as I've signed documents as part of the trade in and the agreements have already been set up. I ended up walking away from them with two cars linked to my name that I am paying till this day. They haven't made any contact with me to see if there is any assistance they could offer me and I had to find alternative ways to manage having 2 cars. I've been struggling with this so much since they offered me this botched trade in and all I can do now is warn other people who might look into doing the same thing with them. If they can assist me in any way, I'm willing to take the help.
Thus far the service has been good as the process has just started, I'm keen to see how my monthly allocations will be split after the first 3 months. But overall the peace of mind with this has been the best, they've really helped after I found myself in a nasty situation with vehicle finance through BNA motors where I ended up with two vehicles to my name after BNA failed to set up the correct paperwork for doing a trade in which they assured me would be possible but was not. Joining Debtbusters SA has taken a load off my shoulders during this time.
The service has been excellent today, top advisors, top business.
