My previous complaint was deleted. We were promised that our connection will be restored yesterday still nothing. Day 9 without the internet. I am out of words, what exactly are we supposed to do to get help from you guys???? You are not fulfilling your contractual obligation!!!! Account Number 9822537
I honesty don't know what to say about Vox anymore. We made a payment plan plan to pay off your ridiculous cancellation fee for moving houses, you still switch off our internet everymonth even after receiving payment. My partner is being sent from pillar to post to resolve this. We have not had connection since the first of January Account- 9822537
I have been with Iwyze for over 2 years and I was unhappy with the annual increases on my car insurance. I spoke to Joseph who was very friendly and offered me a discount of over R150 upon my policy review
Please don't do business with these people, they will ****** money from you. Inflated electricity charges, inflated repair costs. It was a total nightmare
Vox has been a total night nightmare, we recently moved to our new apartment. We are Vox's existing clients. We want to have the fibre installed at our new place still with vox, but we are supposed to pay R2700 cancellation fee?? and continue with them? Make it make sense. We are not looking to cancel our contract. We simply changed addresses, which happens. Why must we pay cancellation fee and re-enter the contract with you again??? Do you honestly think we would still want to be Vox clients. Account 9822537. We are also paying for the service we no longer have access to!!!!
My sister is currently living in a nightmare because of this institution( Midrand Campus) she could not write her exam because of the lock down browser and even your IT support could not assist her. To make matters worse her deferred exam application was rejected because having a technical issue is not reason enough. She has video evidence but still rejected and approved for a Supplementary. Still she had the same issue and received zero support from IT. My sister is doing her final year and has passed everything and qualified for this module with a year mark of 75% and you want her to repeat??? And you are not picking up our calls. This service we are receiving is shameful
My partner lost his phone, he claimed from the insurance. It’s been more than a month now since the claim is under review. The consultants are not helping at all. Please do better MTN!!!!
