Why am i receiving an email that I have an outstanding MTN account, where else I paid it up about 4 years ago , why is company still operating , clearly it’s *********** in everything, I’m not gonna pay for something that’s paid up

Have to send my thanks to the fibre team of Vodacom and the manager, Neo Malatji , they went an extra mile to ensure that my line is released by Mweb/ZoomFibre , I really love how they handled this issue and how they went an extra mile , I have to say Vodacom cares for its customer, the support I got was great , and also to mention Andile Malindisa , he helped to raise my issue to the fibre team and ensure it’s resolved, I really appreciate the manner in which Vodacom approached this issue I was experiencing.
Day 7 , still nothing from men regarding the release of my line , honestly this is the worst ISP
Really disappointed, my fibre subscription was cancelled with mweb and my line was supposed to be released on 1st May , till today my line is not fixed , I don’t have internet in my house because I can’t get Vodacom to activate my line cause my line shows it’s still active on Mweb whereas my contract is cancelled, and zoom tells me to call Mweb but they own the infrastructure, I’m really disappointed in zoom and the service, call centre also can’t help cause they don’t answer calls
I’m very disappointed, i switched over from mweb to Vodacom fibre thinking id get better service, but that’s not the case , my fibre was supposed to be active from 1st May , but still nothing, called the fibre helpline and was told about 48 hours , its 72 hours and still nothing, and no one seems to be helping no matter how many times I call, I’m told activation department is busy with it but still nothing, I’m even considering cancelling and move back to mweb
Operator was able to help me with my request, very happy with the professionalism
