18 DAYS LATER STILL NO FEEDBACK!!!!!! CAN YOU TRANSFER ALL THE MONEY I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR THAT INSURANCE SO I CAN MAYBE BUY ANOTHER PHONE, SEEING THAT YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO ASSIST NOR GIVE ME ANY UPDATE??? YOU ARE EXTREMELY USELESS AND THERE IS NO POINT FOR YOU TO EXIST AS AN INSURER.
I have submitted my claim for my ****** phone, they told me it will take 7-14 working days 15 days later I have not received any update, I called in and they told me I must follow up in a weeks' time. Why does Telkom suggest this insurer for my phone if they know its a struggle to claim form them? yet they deduct money from me every month. I hold Telkom liable, and I will stop at nothing to get my claim approved and with feedback. This insurance must be cancelled its insane to make people wait that long for a claim especially a phone claim I do not have a phone yet I must wait so long for these idiots to give me another phone!!! THIS IS ****ED UP!!
It is very sad that I never missed any payment and now that I cannot continue with them as I have top move to another area due to financial constraints. I explained this to them and provided proof, but they still wont cancel my membership. There is no VIVA GYM where im going so I have to find another gym close by They asked for proof I provided it. But they don't care they will still debit and take my money for the remaining 6 months they said. That is theft in broad day light. DO NOT EVER SIGN UP WITH VIVA THEY DO NOT HAVE A SENSE OF CARE.
The renewal of the license disc is a ****. I ordered 6 days ago. When I follow up with Capitec I am told that this is a new product and Capitec staff does not know how it operates. But why launch it if. You do not know how it works My money is gone and no one can track the disc or tell me when I will get it. I went to the branch no one knows , I called the call can no one knows. I finally sent an email Louisa de Villiees from customer care keeps asking for a tracking number which I do not have. I sent the reference that was sent to me after I paid. CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK IF NO ONE AT CAPITEC IS WILLING TO ASSIST. The call centre lady had the guts to tell me she does not know and that I must wait longer but your app shows 2-3 while the information site shows 3-5. I NEED MY MONEY BACK 😡😡😡😡😡
The worst service ever. I app**** for a contract online and they confirmed all was fine After 5 days I sent a follow up and only then they told me they do not have my ID and that I must go into the store, mind you I did send a clear copy of my id. I then went into the store at Sandton city. I had to ask my manager to leave early to sort this out. Thembekile, I think that is her name assisted me and my application was referred, she said it will not take long they just need to check/verify my docs, I followed up after a few days and spoke to Thabiso, was told YET AGAIN they do not have a clear copy of my id! and she is the one that made a copy I think. it's now day 7 since I went there, NO feedback, it's also really hard to get someone to answer the phone there. Today they had the guts to say it was declined without giving me any reason at all
